Honestly, this was a frustrating visit. There were about six employees working, yet no food was ready when I arrived. I was told I’d have to wait 20 minutes just for a bowl, which was surprising and disappointing given how many people were behind the counter.

The place also didn’t feel very clean, tables and common areas could definitely use more attention. On top of that, the customer service wasn’t great. No one seemed particularly concerned about the wait or made any effort to explain or improve the situation.

Good Chipotle spot. I just wouldn't recommend the Red Chimchirri sauce, it's too overwhelming and made me lose taste of the actual food.

Ok , I 30 chipotle in garland , newer store . Out of meats and other items , scraping the bottom of the pans as if to give you some metal . You say something, they don’t want to hear it . They will blow you off . Maybe I expect too much . Been here a bunch because my granddaughter likes it . . Today , out of steak and , pans are empty. Asked to speak to manager and the girl at register , blew me off . Get some food in those pans . These people these days don’t give a dam. The manager does not care or is not watching st all . It was around 4 pm .

The first time we came here it was extremely slow. It was probably the second day they opened. The line was super long with veeery slow people working the line. And a cashier who can't be bothered. She just stares as the workers slowly serve the food and waits until people are ready to pay. I've been to multiple chipotles and this is never the case; cashiers are always doing something not just standing idly. I figured maybe they need some extra training and adjusting to the new job.

A few weeks go by and we visit again. Slow slow service. There were 2 people working the line and one of them decides to stop serving and walks away while there's a huge line behind us. Leaving one person to serve the line. He eventually comes back to wipe something off the counter and slowly walks away. I look over at the cashier who is staring, waiting for someone to pay. All I can think is, maybe step in to help? We eventually get our food and sit down to start eating. We notice the trash is full, tables are dirty, plastic ware needs to be refilled, etc etc. I'd understand if they didn't have enough hands and every one was swamped but this wasn't the case.

When picking up my order through the drive thru they take so long to acknowledge you and the lady getting the orders ready was wearing gloves and grabbing her phone from her pocket and with the same gloves getting orders ready and grabbing food. DISGUSTING.

Food is good. But, staff is rude, slow, clearly irritated with having to interact with people, and overcharges. So, check your receipt so you don’t get ripped off.
