Went here twice cause its close and we wanted mexican food - mixed up our order the first time we went. Took us a while to agree on coming here again (we had a gift card). Second time we went, for a place thats called "chips and salsa" chips tasted burnt and were unappetizing. We were one of about 3 tables being served when we walked in and some other families started coming in only for us to see tables that were seated after us get their orders taken first and receive their orders before we even got to order was frustrating. Food was not worth the price as my rice was undercooked and hard to chew. Safe to say wont be eating here again lol

I guess the most important thing is the food. So let's start there. It was pretty freaking good. I will definitely return to explore more of the menu. Their chips and salsa were good. I also had nachos grande (I think that's what they were called. It was the top nacho option.) The way they put it together was a new experience for me... but I liked it! It was like they already put all the fixings on a each (large) chip for you. As opposed to the normal dump of meat and fixings on the top of all chips where you end up running out of fixings but have a whole bunch of chips left. Great idea Chips & Salsa!! Service... Not bad, but I have a feeling that my food that I ordered online and was to be ready at 7 was not prepared until I arrived. It was late, but not ridiculously late. However, I was trying to be out the door so a twinge frustrated. It was not too bad. (However, based on the fact that every table in there was not filled, I am not sure why they were behind.) The dining room was nicely populated which one can infer they serve good food.

When we walked in, the hostess met us with silverware and menus in hand - smiled, greeted us- actual hospitality. Our waitress checked on us regularly and the food was fresh and delicious. This is a well run business with a trained staff, I was totally impressed. I will definitely be back!

I had such high hopes for this place based on the reviews but it just missed the mark for us. We came here since they have mole chicken on their menu, my absolute favorite dish. It didn't have a nice rich, deep flavor as other moles I have had....tasted more tomatoe-y. My husband and son shared the trio fajitas with beef, chicken, and shrimp. They were just ok. My daughters got.thr mushroom and chicken fajitas and they were over done. What really stood out was the queso, it was so good! It had a unique flavor to it and I would go back for that alone! We also really enjoyed the churros. It took forever forever to get drinks, which I could totally understand if three workers weren't just standing around. 2 actually looked me right in the eye and didn't even move to come over to us. That was frustrating. Once another, waitress made her way to us everything was better since she was super nice. I'd likely come back since I live down the road but will also try some other places first.

Mgmt change since we came Two months ago. Your wait staff is excellent, the problem is your cheap owner putting potatoes in the fajita plate, no sizzling, dry, lack of oil. I let it go last time, so you wonder why your sales are down. I’m a foodie, high end and low end, never seen potatoes in fajita, cheapens the dining experience. If I want potatoes, I’ll go to Burger King. Last time and this time, takes forever for the food, should have kept your old mgr. Your going down hill in this place. Change the mgmt. and the cooks. The food was great! Here for work...and this place was recommended. Queso and guacamole were fantastic. Sadly, I didn't try the salsa because my friends said it was very spicy. I LOVE salsa but not spicy salsa that makes me sweat. I like to enjoy it.

Customer service was okay and the brisket enchiladas were a bit salty, but the salsa is the best in town and so is the queso. The margaritas are a bit strong, so take that as you will.

I ate there today now I'm sick. I will never eat there again. I had beef nachos there. Not what I expected to fancy for what I wanted. Wish there were photos on the menu. But I'll never eat there again

Small place, good salsa, and good prices Haven't gotten my meal yet. But if it's terrible I'd change my review. Also our waitress was super nice

Overall just ok. We enjoyed the thick masa on tamales, and the cheese in cheese enchilada was plentiful. Queso was tastiest part of our meal. Otherwise, Chips and salsa were unremarkable. Chili gravy had far too much chili powder for any of our liking. Beans and rice were grocery store quality and we left them uneaten. Disappointed to receive one bag of chips when we ordered a bowl of queso-it was a to go order and we had leftover queso because we ran out of chips.

Good food, good service. Salsa verde was very good, I felt the mole was a little sweet. It certainly isn’t safe as a family choice as the music has been pretty profane at times. I prefer my lunch without Sh*t, b****** and ni**er blasting

Called to ask if they had gluten free and dairy free options, they said "nothing! We cannot guarantee anything! If you have allergies, we can't be sure." So, fyi for us unicorns.

The foods were good! Im pretty big on flavors and i think they could've put more love & flavor into it. The chips & salsa were the best ive ever had though! Not a bad experience.

Wasn't bad. Wasn't great. I was hoping the salsa would be amazing, because...Chips & Salsa. But it was just ok. Bland but spicy and nothing worth remembering. My husband had smothered Chile verde taquitos, which were a bit tart. He said they'd be better with sour cream sauce. My daughter had a combo plate, chicken and cheese enchiladas and she really enjoyed those. I had combo fajitas. The chicken was really good, tender and juicy. The fajita meat was overcooked, almost beef jerky like. The flavor was good though, so I ate it. It also came with potato slices, which was a pleasant surprise. Rice and beans were also bland, so we fixed with a little salt, pepper and queso. All in all, it was alright. Probably will not go back, there are too many other places with the same type of food that are better. But...potato-tomato. You might love it!

Super nice local spot for some good Mexican food. I have been here a few times and my parents go all the time.... they live right beside it. The food does not disappoint and the staff is beyond friendly. Definitely a good spot to get a quick bit and hangout with friends
