I arrived a bit earlier than my in-laws we ordered pizza bought cards got our food. When the rest of my party arrived the manager refused them entry saying they were at capacity. She told us 15 mins till my children’s grand parents could enter. We watched dozens of people stream out at which point she told us it would actually be an hour till they could enter. I requested a refund since we couldn’t celebrate my daughters birthdays with our family. The manager on duty refused....read full review
