This location used to be decent but has gone down hill! Games are dirty/ greasy even if you visit in the afternoon or when they open. Be prepared with Clorox wipes and hand sanitizer.

Paid for the ultimate package. When i arrived it took over 30 min to get checked in that left a hour and a halfe for the party. Then i did not get stuff that came with the package chuckee didn't sing happy birthday i did not get my tote bags . Did not get a personal helper did not get my bronz star gift . The employees where very rude .

The worest experience. Very rude management. We paid little over 300 for a birthday package not including food for all the adults it was horrible. The pizza was trash and some of the pizzas was burnt The drink selection is horrible. We wasn't supplied with a host. We wasn't even given our goodie bags till the end of the party and we had to ask for them at that. We will not be back to this location at all.

My kids wanted to go to Chuck E. Cheese for my birthday so they twisted my arm long enough and I forced myself to go 😆. My kids actually behaved, played games, ate a delicious thin crust pepperoni pizza, and left with a bag of cotton candy. Great night overall. I might let them twist my arm next year.

I went for a birthday party and they literally was out of everything and we been planned and reserved her party 2 weeks before and she had to get a boy cake, they over charged us for everything and they Chuck E. Cheese man came out and really wasn’t for it
Overall we did have fun but staff have to be more available and look like they wanna be there

WORST CHUCK E CHEESE EVER 1)What’s the point of stamping the kids if they don’t even check them on their way out 2) It’s super hot and the bathroom feels like a sauna 3)There are like 15 games and mostly all say out of service/ don’t work! 4)The rides are not properly cleaned they have crumbs/dirt everywhere 5) chuck e never made an appearance DO NOT RECOMMEND I REPEAT DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

If I could give it a zero star review I would. It's run down. There is not many games to start with and on top of that most games are out of service. Trash is everywhere. Never coming here again
Came here to the Garland location on Halloween 10/31/2025 and the man who was working the cash register was VERY rude. He had a white suit on , I saw him snatch the candy bucket out of a kids hand when she was trying to get a airhead candy. He was forcing all the kids to get out of the trampoline. You can tell he does not like his job nor does he like kids. He had a very nasty attitude, all the parents inside Chuck E. Cheese were talking bad about him. For Christ sakes it was Halloween. Smh! He needs to be fired! Also the mascot only came out for like 30 seconds ! He just waved at the kids and went back to the back, I thought they were supposed to get on the dance floor and dance. Smh! I will never return to this location . Plzzzz go to a different location! This is not it!!!

I feel for the manager at this place. The staff is friendly, but the place is run-down. I've seen better Chuck E. Cheese's; this place is a hot mess. This will be my first and last time here. There wasn't enough staff to keep up with orders. Most of the tables were dirty; I had to clean one so we could sit. The staff wasn't walking around watching anything. I have a picture of a kid climbing inside the ring toss game, taking out the rings, and a family member standing right there not saying anything to their kids. Shoes were thrown all over the place from kids in the trampoline with no wristband. It was just really bad. Send help here, please, because of these kids doing stuff to the games. A lot of them you couldn't play because either the balls were missing or thrown in another machine. It was bad. I'm sorry, but I will never come to this location again. It took 40 minutes to get my large pizza, let's not talk about the salad bar. It was bad. I will not post the picture of the kids climbing inside of the ring toss game because I want no problems, and they are somebody's kids.
