This place is very clean. Cool kids games. But I went and played. So im being very picky I guess...lol..I hit a few jackpots. So im thinking im getting alot of tickets. Heck no . Ending up only 500. So I do think it's a scam. They give a unlimited card for however minutes. Ok food took like 40 minutes. It wasn't alot of people . Salad bar cheese had mold. The Manger was in serious mode. Im like dude lighten up. Kids got him looking a little kray kray...lol...

this Chuck E. Cheese was the worst Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever been to in my 87 years of living on this earth. But seriously this place gosh darn stinks! The card was very slow and it didn’t scan right! We had to wait about 60.8 seconds until the card started working again. This cause me to rage and break one of their games. The old lady in the front pissed me of by giving aditude. But Vanessa was a great employee to me and my family and she should work somewhere better.

I'm not surprised that this place is so deserted, even though it's the weekend. I know why: it’s because they have a very rude and ungrateful employee: her name is Marceline. she has an attitude towards most customers. the woman in front of me and then myself. She charged me without asking me, when I asked she said: I didn’t tell her. What??? are you serious?? I’m not sure how she still has her job? But I feel sorry for the owner of this place. PLEASE DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE ANGRY.But I have to said that Vanessa has good customer services, polite, she’s very patient with my kids. thanks Vanessa

Just spent about 100.00 at this place to get the worse customer service experience and service when we walked in the cashier and supervisor did not greet or smile at all! They just looked at us like we ruined their day walking in!!! Cashier didn’t say how may I help you ? Or what can I get for you? NOTHING!! I’ve always purchased points and had them split into two separate cards for my girls and she said they don’t do that !! The supervisor then questions me which locations which I gave and had the audacity to say they shouldn’t be doing that will make sure her manager contacts all locations to stop that immediately !! She also wasn’t greeting customer’s she assisted!! Chucke/chucky came out late with the worse attitude !! Didn’t dance!! Was waving at the kids like his arm was broken !! Like he hated his job !!Later finding out it was the same cashier with the bad attitude!!! Last time ever going to chucke e cheeses it’s too expensive could’ve use this money else were with better service!!! People go somewhere else not worth the money coming here !!! Contacted corporate should be calling me soon on this issueAlso noticed supervisor and cashier playing or texting on cell phones instead of cleaning dirty tables

Food prices have gone up and portions on things like french fries are a little smaller but that's everywhere. It was very crowded and had quite a few machines out of order.

I liked it a lot but they removed the animatronic and the buffet and something else was that they no longer give tickets.

Almost every day when I pick my son up from daycare, he will declare “I want to go somewhere fun.” I tell him, “well, we’re going home.” He gets all huffy and says “but home is boring.” Then I threaten to donate all his “boring” toys to charity and he usually cuts it out. However, on this very special day, I decided to take him “somewhere fun”; since his 5th birthday is coming up and I wanted to scope Chuck E. Cheese out as a potential venue. Now that I am ostensibly an adult, I realize the genius of the ticket prizes. You tell your kid it’s time to go and they get super-bummed out. Oh dear. Such wailing and gnashing of teeth. But wait! Soften the blow by telling your child(ren) that they have “earned” tickets by playing games. They now get the agency to choose what they want to exchange hard-earned tickets for, and they get something to focus on and fawn over/play with as you drive them home. My 4-year old could afford to get two little plastic frogs (specifically an orange one and a purple one). Were they worth the $18 I put on his game card? No. Was it worth it to see him having fun at the arcades and then cherishing his prizes on the ride home? Yes.We unfortunately did not have very much time, so we did not get to try the food. We will return soon to assess the pizza. I will then update my review accordingly. My initial impression is that the staff here on Friday night were very friendly, my son found the games very fun, and I am very much looking forward to bringing him back to this bona fide “somewhere fun” in the near future.Kid-friendliness: You and your children’s hands are stamped with a number in invisible ink as you enter. Before you can leave, you must show that your number matches any kids leaving with you. Most if not all arcade games are kid-friendly. Any games involving “shooting” at the screen are either extremely comical or feature robots that spark instead of bleed. My 4-year old had a blast playing them.
