They are cooking fresh here, but be prepared to wait, 20 minutes later my food came out but fish was still under cooked. My fault for ordering fish and shrimp from Churches, but this location has a button masher doing the ordering because they never have everything. Fries no salt, fish no tartar, no catsup, no biscuit, it's different every time. Beware, bring your own condiments or prepare to be disappointed.

This churches isn't my normal churches and at my house churches is a very common occurrence... However I was a little hesitant bc I'm not into changing location etc... but they really came thru and showed me that I can expect the same great chicken and service across the churches franchise!! Way to go Churches!

Every time I go a 1hr-30min before closing time all of the sudden there out of chicken… really the restaurant is called Churches CHICKEN lol I asked the young lady is this a joke? I asked for the employees name &/or supervisor and she did not want to provide me that info. If there’s no chicken close the damn restaurant! This is actually the 3rd time this has happen to me & my husband. I don’t know what happen because a few yrs ago they weren’t like this. Now there just lazy on there phone and take FOREVER in the drive through to give you the order.Looking at the reviews I’m not the only one that’s had the same experience.

I picked up Lunch for my work Crew as usual, on 11/16 @12:15pm, when we started to eat the chicken we started to notice it was under cooked, 2 people got sick as a result of the under cooked Chicken. I called the Manager and told her everything is good for except all the chicken, a Grande meal and 10pc, I just wanted a refund for the Chicken she refused to refund the money because she said part of the Grande meal chicken was eaten and refunded only the remaining chicken. I told the Manager it was wrong she should refund all the chicken money at least since it was under cooked but she was arguing with me that I was wrong, I just gave in since I felt Bad and sick. I told my crew it was a terrible experience to get sick and Deal with this. The Worst just to keep some money. I will never buy at this location again.
They have an awesome Wednesday special for $8 and the employees are so down to earth and friendly. Love this place.

It's been awhile since we've had Church's Chicken. So, we pulled up for an 8pcs. There was 1 car in the drive through and 1 person dining in. The gentleman asked us to give him a minute before we placed our order. No problem. We LITERALLY sat in the drive through waiting to order for 10 minutes. Then, we we asked if we could place our order, a young lady asked if we could wait a moment. After an addition 5 minutes with no service, we left. As we drove out, the car in front of us was still waiting for their order, and they had a full window of chicken. I don't understand.
