I ordered a Churro Cake for my daughter’s birthday. I told her the date 11/30/24. I also told her I would be there at 12:00 to pick up at the Jupiter location( it’s a Paleteria. I went in to pick up order. The lady that was in charge has 0 customer service. I proceeded to ask about the cake. She had no clue what I was talking about. She said nobody had dropped off order. She called the Churro Lady, phone was NEVER PICKED UP. The Paleteria lady said she wasn’t about to blow her up. I said ok. I said I’ll be in my truck. I waited 30 min no answer. I left. I told her I wouldn’t be able to go back to pick. Paleteria lady said they would deliver the cake since it’s not my fault. I said OK, still giving her the chance to make it right) I left. I got a response back after 1:00 saying she miss read the date ( my thing is we had a conversation about her app taking a tip that morning because it asked for me to pay my remaining balance. Which I did. I was confused of how she got the dates wrong if she asked for full payment before cake was supposed to be picked up) and asked where I lived and what time I needed the cake. I told her by 5:00. She said ok. She NEVER REPLIED. She Replied @3:30 saying she refunded me. Ok what about my cake. Bad business! Never again. I read the reviews today. 🤨

I send husband and for 3 churros took long time for the order the churros were not even like in some pictures. they were crunchy and skinny churros and barely cajeta on them. Not worth the money and time .. they can do better

Ordered ahead for thanksgiving and churros seemed to have come out the fridge. The box from the bottom was soggy like when cardboard gets wet and the churros were not crunchy at all. Spent about $80 only to be disappointed. Presentation was nice however the texture was not. Had to come home and stick them in my air fryer to get the crunch back but all the ones that were drizzled and topped with stuff stayed soggy as I couldn’t put those in the air fryer.

Apparently they changed locations... but even on their website they still list the Main Street Garland location as the address of the store, and it still advertises as open at that location. Went out to see the place for the first time after hearing good things, and got caught in a flash flood, which was only made worse when we realized the location wasn't in operation. The only way to see that they had moved was to visit their Facebook page and scroll back several posts... they even list the Main Street address as their location still on Facebook! Absolutely ruined my day. DO NOT GO TO THE MAIN STREET LOCATION! IT IS CLOSED!

Showed up at about 12:15pm and they were closed. The sign at the window was 'Open' and I also checked Google's hours beforehand. I looked through the window and all of the tables were put up, doors locked, and no lights were on.... as if they were never open. Wish I could've tried this place!

Churros fresh delicious and authentic! Highly recommended! The cashier was very sweet and friendly as well which is always a plus! We will be back!
