Was told by Lola that they were too busy for me to order the pizza I wanted. Been here many times and never have been told that before. It has been more busy than this. Very disappointed.

The is food is fresh and hot, buffet could be better but that is mostly due to the customers just being slobs. The service though is great, the employees present good attitudes and a willingness to provide a clean and positive atmosphere.

Pizza was good, brownies they put them behind the counter???? Don’t trust customers I guess??? I thought it was all you can eat. I won’t be back due to the lack of trust by the employees that pay no mind to the customer!

The customer service was so bad. The lady that rang us up to pay. She gave us the biggest attitude and we also did a special order of the macaroni pizza and they never brought it to us. Terrible customer service and bad attitude. There were no desserts and same pizza places out over and over.

No pizza on the buffet during a busy evening. I'm saying the entire bar was empty, I've never in my life seen this at a Cicis, no matter how busy or dead. Whoever was in charge messed up.
Waited 20 minutes for 2 slices of pepperoni and left because there were guests there that got there before me that still hadn't eaten.
The employees were super nice and the the place looked good compared to most other food places ive seen

Not very much of pizza selection. Some not fresh. Loud squeaking ear piercing noise from kitchen, had to move to opposite side of dining area. Experienced better time and pizza in evenings with teens working than adults at lunch today.
