I took my grandsons to lunch here. I like that they can get as much as they want and get to choose what they want. The pizza is good when it is first set out but it gets cold and tough quickly. I don't think the lights keep it warm enough. I like the salads and usually start with that. I wish they had better dessert options. We alternate between two locations that are both near us and will be back in the future.

The customer service was great and the employees very friendly. There wasn't as much pizza choices on the buffet as I'm used to seeing, and there were some pizzas advertised on the outside windows that I was told was no longer being made. The pizza that was served however tasted great

Honestly, THE best Cici's i've been to so far. First time everything looked clean, well lit, employees looked friendly AND went out to talk with customers asking if we needed anything rather than the other way around. We came in a during the rush so there wasn't much pizza out but they quickly restocked to make sure we could all eat. Really happy about this location and everyone who worked today did amazing.

Manager super rude, don’t recommend. Came for pizza an fun an he sucks.
Do not go on a Sunday. Basically, the people that never work here worked on Sunday overcharge. My son is 11. They charge adult drinks on without even asking you if you want a drink of water.
Update went Back on a weekday totally different experience again. My advice Monday through Saturdays I feel like you get the best service.

This place and their staff just can’t get it right. 6 minute phone to place a pick up order. Showed up 20 minutes later, waited at the counter another 30 minutes and food hadn’t even started to be made yet. The people that want there thrive on it not being busy and absolutely have no idea how to be efficient.
