Guess there is new manager and staff, this last time I went the pizza was coming out fast and I ordered a personal pizza and it was out really fas too! Keep up guys and gals!

No too much variety of pizza, I asked the guy cutting pizza to make me one and he didn’t even respond anything. I was waiting for someone to come until the Hispanic lady that makes pizza came to me to ask if I needed anything. Manager needs to be more aware of the employees attitude and the service instead of been flirting with the team members.

It was a busy due to a special but the 2 cashiers were friendly and efficient so the line moved fast. Someone walked around checking on everyone, asking if we would like a special order. They kept the buffet full despite the higher than usual number of customers.

As we struggle around town with restaurants not being very accessible this particular Cici’s is one we enjoy coming to. My daughter is primarily G-tube fed so oral eating is very much a trial and error sort of deal. The manager we usually see has helped problem solve the best way to pay for essentially a spoonful of sauce a few nibbles of pasta without a whole kids buffet. The manager on duty tonight gifted us her pasta!
We feel the love and it makes up for KFC up the street making me beg them to bring our online order to the drive thru window when it was 20 degrees out!

I've been to a lot of CiCi's Pizza but this one is the best one. Pizza request come out fast and hot. No request is unreasonable and they even walk it to your table. Especially Cameron. He is such a great guy! Highly recommend!

The cashier was a little snide when paying for our food. Then, a separate customer was loading up their box to go and the employee was very loud about correcting them. They were talking so loud about the policy and you can't fill up your box, only take 6 pieces. It was really loud and he had a disrespectful tone about him. The pizza wasn't very hot and it the variety was lacking. I love Cicis. I was very disappointed with this one.

At the pizza bar there was not enough food nor barity, every time one wanted to go for pizza there was only 2 or 4 pieces of pizza, there was no chicken broth, the wilted salad... I had never entered a cicis pizza place so bad and without pizza and no dessert...no, not a very bad place to go, I will never go back to that cicis.

Had the opportunity to go to this location on a Sunday. The staff was extremely pleasant and very warm and receptive as we walked in. Biggest issue for me was the lack of actual pizza. This was not a busy day by all means so I didn’t understand why not even a simple pepperoni pizza wasn’t available. It was to the point where when one pizza was ready and they announced it was on the counter it was a race to get to the pizza first. Felt like the hunger games here. Not sure if this is managements fault or maybe it was just a lazy Sunday for them. But all in all there was just no sense of urgency here to ensure customer satisfaction.

It's supposed to be a buffet and you have to wait for them to put something in and when they put it in everyone runs to grab it. It's a place where families go and have nothing. VERY BAD SERVICE.
Called order in for pickup. Order was taken quickly and was filled perfectly and on time. Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra pepperoni. Price was a little over $12.00. Pizza was good and the thin crust was easy to chew. It had a nice amount of pepperoni and cheese. Also, just the right amount of sauce although I do wish the sauce had a bit more flavor as it is quite bland. Overall, I was happy with the service and food.
Parking: Lots of convenient easy to access parking.

I had one of the worst experiences at Cicis. First off, someone was smoking inside the restaurant, and no one seemed to care or ask them to stop. On top of that, when I went to grab a slice of pizza, there was one with no cheese or sauce—just plain, dry dough sitting there. I understand it’s a buffet, but this was ridiculous. Definitely not coming back anytime soon.
