The food was mediocre. The drink machine was out of ice and there were 4 people waiting, and had been waiting for some time before it was filled. We got up to get more pizza and noticed the manager giving a couple of the female employees in the back a tongue lashing at the top of his lungs where we could all hear him from the serving line. Not a very professional behavior. That attidude needs to be addressed! Employees need to be corrected, not demoralized!!

Cici's has obviously never been about fine dining, but you do get a decent pizza buffet at a solid price. This location has great staff and managers who are happy to make custom orders for people at the buffet. I haven't been to a whole lot of Cici's locations over the years, but this one has definitely been the friendliest I've been to so far.The food is three stars, but the value brings it to four.

This place was crowded on a Sunday. However me and the kidz went thur the line with no problem. The only thing I hate was the manager stating he couldn't give ham to go on my salad. Every other CiCi's that I've been to has had no problem with serving ham, turkey or bacon on a salad.
Entire order was rushed. Pizza crust soft, wings undercooked and not sauced. Called and spoke to cashier who advised manager was on break. When I called later guy answered the phone and said that no one by the name the cashier gave me works there and would not replace my order. Super rude.

It's cheap it's affordable but if you want something better pizzahut is the place this place not to clean tomatoes for salad looked green the atmosphere is not a clean one and it's ghetto young kids came in and ate had on swim suits not dress proper and they let them in its kind of ratched at this location .

We arrived an hour before closing. Immediately after paying we were just getting our tray and an employee come up and said he would get our trays from the table and we couldn't use the restrooms. He later came up to our table kept removing our plate even when we were still eating off. I told him, we were eating and backed off but, stood to the table next to ours. I understand you'd like to go home but, it's not like we came 15 min prior it was an hour, if want to close then you shouldn't take peoples money and then rush them to leave.

It was ok but the busboy was on his job he deserve a good
Pizza is decent and the price is fantastic. Had no complaints other than the wild children running around. It is a cheap buffet with an arcade, so it’s understandable, just know that going in.
