The server was rude and acted as if she didn’t not want to be there. When we entered we had to get our own menus from the bar and seated ourselves. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there. After getting our food she did not check in with us at any point during our meal. We had the egusi with goat and fufu. The goat was way too tough. I do not recommend and will not be going back. Not worth it!

We arrived about 1pm on a Saturday. I'm white, my friend black African. We were given menus with all the prices blackened out. Should have asked. The main entrees came with choices of beef, chicken (out of both), goat, or fish. We both ordered different entrees with goat. We were almost the only ones there. The claypot was interesting. My order had mainly goat bones with almost no meat and at least 15 fishbones. We wanted an authentic African dishes. For the two claypot meals and two waters the bill was $53. Because no prices were given, we had no basis to argue; they would not dare charge Nigerians the same.

Sold me bad/rotten whitening fish. Looks like it's been "cooked and unpreserved" for 6 months. You guys can do better. This is unacceptable.

The price that they quoted me at the restaurant was different from the price on the website. I went in to order jollof rice which was $14.99 on the website. They charged me $21.99 instead because it had beef. Well, the guys asked me what kind of meat when I placed the order. I didn’t know it would cost more, but I paid. When I opened the plate and saw the beef that they gave me. I was highly disappointed. I called them and told them they gave me three tiny pieces of beef, and asked them what was the price for the rice only. The owner told me $10 on the phone which was lower than the website that shows $14.99. So I asked them if three small pieces of beef cost $11.99. They responded yes because everything is expensive now. The meats were so small that I could fit all three pieces in the palm of my hand. They are OVER CHARGING and robbing people over there. They’ve lost me as a new customer.
I been to alot of Africa restaurant but this is the most expensive, overpriced, jollof Rice I ever ask for. $34??. While the rating is not even close to 4 star. Please lower the price, so you can attract more customers. Not trying to hate or anything the food taste like 2 star. I'm sorry. ?

We ordered amala and vegetable soup, we saw strands of hair in the fufu ? ?. they refused to discount the meal and made us pay full bill. We also ordered isi ewu, sent it back the moment it arrived! The fish was very nice though.Overall not recommended!!!
