Food is always freshly made and good customer service is good also atmosphere is clean as well with fair prices for the food also if anything is wrong they does their best to correct the problem so you will leave happy and satisfied.....Kid-friendliness: They make sure it's items for kids on the menu also
I've been eating at this location for over 5 years now and I love it! The fish, shrimp, and oysters are amazing and they actually serve REAL catfish! The owner is super nice and the staff are always very friendly. I love how you can SEE the staff cooking and packing the food infront of you and it eliminates errors with orders because you can check them yourself. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.

The employees, preparing the food, need to cook the French fries longer. Fries almost raw last evening. No salt and no crisping. That was half the order along with fried shrimp.
I have always enjoyed Crazy Catfish. The atmosphere was challenging they had a space heater on. I'm not sure what the issue was with the central heater it was cold.
We picked this up for my mother-in-law and I see why she sent us all the way from Oak Cliff to Garland to pick this up for her..Whole pieces of HUGE catfish, evenly battered, perfectly seasoned and freshly prepared. Hands down the best!!!! I will be back. There are 2 locations in that area. Cooked fresh to order. I would highly recommend this restaraunt to anyone!!
