Never had an issue with this location before but today I tried calling in an order around 6pm and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. First she couldn’t wait till I finished my sentence without interrupting me and towards the end I couldn’t hear her and I tried explaining that to her and she just hung the phone up… just her whole attitude was awful so we decided to get something else to eat. Great way to lose customers.

Chicken has gotten smaller. I tried calling tonight to order and got put on hold for 7mins and then called back 2x and got voicemail and then was hung up on. Decided they didn’t want my business and went to churches instead

Wow, used to be a VERY good place to eat. Ordered chicken lo mein. 🤮🤢 First of all, greasy af...second, the chicken looked like dog food...just a bunch of chicken clumps and gristle. The food was not stir fried...it looked more like soup and the vegetables were awful and undercooked. I swear they just have all the ingredients in one big pot like a soup. This is not how you prepare lo mein. Sorry, but the cook just sucks or does not care. The owner(s) should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this to go on. Also, the place just feels dirty and greasy...the air conditioner is exposed and covered in greasy dust...would not be a big deal if it wasn't sitting RIGHT NEXT TO A DINING ROOM TABLE. Just 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮 TRASH!!!!! SO DISAPPOINTING...😟

been coming here since i was a kid, the customer service has always been good to me & my mother, the male cashier is super friendly & always has a smile on his face! the food is ALWAYS filling and i LOVE their spring rolls. highly recommend!
Had a delivery that was missing rice and sauce, no big deal, I went to the restaurant and pleasantly told them what was missing and get it. Just to be met with attitude over $4 worth of sauce and rice!
