I swear the person working the window gave me the best customer service i’ve ever received. Very polite, very to the point. the only reason my rating is low is because we were asked to pull around the side of the building and park, pull around to park and there are cars parked straight forward, and also horizontally into the spaces. i could see how the signage and painted lines on the ground could confuse someone. We ended up waiting 10 min+ for our food but it was delicious so 🤷🏻♂️

My daughter never been to a dairy Queen before so I decided to take her to this location and thank God she chose this location. The cashier who I forgot her name recommended a few items that we tried.. and the food came out great.

Normally the staff are all very polite and make sure to get an order fixed if there was a mistake. This visit was different. I kept saying thank you etc with no response. One of the blizzards we ordered wasn’t correct and I had to go back through the drive through. Again the staff wasn’t at all polite.

Worst drive through experience on July 6th around 6:15 pm. One man took order & confirmed 3 Medium Blizzards. Two were the chocolate & one was vanilla ice cream with Caramel only!! Three women at the window were totally confused! The last woman argued about the order & I pounded my chest (in the back seat).. she was the final straw. Gave me the ice cream with ZERO Caramel. Shoved it at the driver & hit him up with a $5.78 chug. She turned the cup upside down prior to finish handing to driver. Total embarrassment on her part!

Went to do a pickup and the girl at the drive thru gave the most difficult time. She must’ve thought I was trying to steal an order even though everything matched and then finally handed me the food with a rude attitude
Had a bacon cheeseburger with lettuce tomato onions and pickles for some reason it was spicy I'm not a spicy person I asked and I guess they didn't believe me soooo I left my veggies behind, bacon was elastic instead of crispy so I left it behind too. I guess I should have asked for a plain cheeseburger 😔 ....my server very nice outgoing lady, took my order at the register and delivered my food to the table. Speakers too loud, maybe a decibel or 2 down would be good. The place looks old but I don't care .... it was clean.

I have been coming to this location for many years; since I was a little girl with my grandparents. I have to say, I’ve always had a great dining experience here. Especially lately; my food is always fresh & hot. Anytime I order a Blizzard, they flip it upside down every time. Props to the manager for this location! Keep up the awesome work.
