I ordered a blizzard which came MELTED! The younger lady didn't even tip it over. It was so runny I had to hold it outside of my truck! Then when she finally came back to the window, I asked her to remake it, and was given attitude. The second one was no better and barely had any pieces in it! She didnt tip that one over either. I can understand if somethings wrong or the machines down, but this seems to be user error and needs to be corrected! In the meantime I'll just go down the road to braums, not only is it cheaper its better quality and less attitude and rudeness!

Yall, I'm so refreshingly surprised by this Dairy Queen! It's very clean, nice and the people are kind as can be. The restrooms were amazingly clean and the food was hot and fresh. I told them I'm going to Google asap and make a wonderful review. Please if and when you can, stop and visit this Dairy Queen restaurant! Please and you won't regret it.😊 Thanks to all of the hard, sweet workers who even had nice conversation with me.😊

Ordered 3 tacos all lettuce and no meat very little meat. I'm 65 years old I've been coming to dairy Queen since I was 3 years old I know dairy Queen very well I have been in this dairy Queen five times same results every time never again my last visit . A little girl at the counter very argumentative. How can you not get a taco right. I come from Rockwall because we know longer have dairy Queen.. do not go during the day.. I sent the tacos back and this is the result that I got here are pictures to show you.

They are horrible with customer service. I asked for a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard and little black girl got upset when I moved the spoon around and told her it's just vanilla ice cream. I always order but only 1 other time from this store, never again. I'll go the extra few miles to my regular dairy queen store. They are also very hateful to the homeless people walking by the store. Damn shame negative stars!!

I’ve always loved their steak finger steak finger basket but my recent visit was a miserable experience. The steak fingers were so overcooked it was like trying to eat a shoe. They didn’t include the gravy, which could have made it at least remotely edible so I ended up trashing the entire meal. On top of that the girl in the drive thru window was yelling at someone about how much she hates her job, and it certainly showed!

I was very disappointed going to dairy queen on gross rd in mesquite. Drove all the way to dairy queen and found out they did not have the advertised 7 dollar specials. No dairy queens in texas honor the advertisements. So I advise you to not drive far.no wonder they r closing them
