I usually don’t leave reviews, but after my third negative encounter with Leena (a short Hispanic girl who works here), I felt the need to speak up.
Every other employee at this location is wonderful, friendly, professional, and positive, including the manager, who always treats customers with respect. But Leena has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen.
Two days ago, I told her the drink she gave me wasn’t mine. I order the same thing every day and I know what it tastes like. She cut me off and said, “It is what it is.” When I tried to explain again, she simply said, “You can take this or move forward.” No apology, no effort to make it right. I ended up trashing the drink right in front of her, and she still didn’t care.
If you can’t show basic courtesy to your regular customers, maybe start your shift with a coffee yourself, Leena. This isn’t personal it’s about professionalism, and yours is seriously lacking.

Came to this location for the first time and definitely coming back. Karen assisted me at the drive thru and she was sweet and energetic. We need people like her running the stores.

Completely horrible, the person taking my order didn’t know what she was doing and completely messed up my coffee and food, I asked for a latte and they gave me a cold brew and refused to give me the right coffee, then when I tasted it, it tasted like they dumped a bunch of sugar into it so I threw it away. Definitely DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION

First, I normally don't leave reviews but this needed one with how bad the order was. Sandwich was dark and burnt from outside and inside. The drink was already low, was not full (mind you I did take a sip and felt the cup to light so I opened it to see it less than full). Service was unprofessional. Previous times I have gone, they take for ever to take your order in the drive thru. This specific order got picked up by friend and I am tired of it. Unfortunately I will no longer be going to this location although I love the Matcha latte and it's so close.....

To be honest I,hate establishments with workers that just because they're busy act like they don't see another customer trying to spend their hard earned money. If you hate your job do better don't take it out on the customer because you have to work

The phone doesn’t even work you can’t call them it’s automated voicemail lol. If you have a problem with your order they messed up through DoorDash you have no way to contact them. How are you a business and don’t answer the phone/have no way for customers to contact you. What a joke…

If I could leave 0 stars I would !!!! I went to this location to order a two $6 meal box and was told they could not give me a croissant for whatever reason so instead substituted the croissant for a bagel . So I get home and open up the sandwich and I received bacon instead of sausage !!! Yes I am upset because I drove a bit over 20 minutes and 20 minutes back home just so my order can be messed up !!! The cashier could have atleast told me he couldn’t give me sausage instead of just letting me find out when I’m at home they gave me bacon. I wouldn’t have wasted my time or money .
