This location is the best! I tried getting donuts at the Rockwall location at 7am & the lady told me the y didn't have any sugar donuts. I asked her for 4X chocolate kreme donuts donuts & she told me they didn't have those either. Really!!?? 7am & no donuts? I stopped by the Centerville location at 9:30pm & they had 2X chocolate kreme donuts & I asked if they had more. The gentleman helping me asked how many more I wanted & told me to give him a few minutes & he would make them for me. I told him my experience at the Rockwall location earlier & he couldn't believe they didn't have any made & that they didn't even offer to make more. This location rocks!!!!! I will continue to go to this Dunkin Donuts since they actually care about their customers. Thanks to the guy that helped me out!!!!!!

Got one multigrain bagel with cream cheese. I apparently hadn't had one in quite some time. It cost almost $4. It was nothing special. Way too much for ONE bagel. Not to be repeated.

This like my second time with horrible food and service. My matcha was not blended well at all literally had clumps of matcha at the bottom of my cup also they forgot my cold foam. Ordered a dozen doughnuts and they were so stale and hard like they were just sitting out overnight. Actually became sick off of eating the hash browns as well, not to mention I’m pregnant and had food poisoning from the hash browns or matcha. Did a claim with customer service and they showed no empathy. I believe it’s Racheal who owns this location. Yeah. I won’t be attending it again no longer with my girls. I’ll rather go to a real cafe and spend my money on food and customer service that’s worth it and care about your health.
This Dunkin still makes the donuts fresh at the store. Brings back the quality that Dunkin used to have.

Went here to get a half dozen doughnuts. The donuts are okay. The staff pretty much let 2 people skip me in line and didn't even offer me an extra doughnut for the inconvenience. And how is an apple fritter worth 2 doughnuts it's just dough not gold. America can run on Dunkin but I'm not.🤣service 2/10
