Fatburger & Buffalo's Express

This place has subpar food. The wings were dry and the meat wasn't very good quality. But the lacking food wasn't the biggest issue. This place aside from the bad food is not clean at all. The floors were clearly not swept in awhile and the trash was crammed super full to where me and my friends had to shove our trash in the can and the windows weren't clean either.

Came in and they had no onion rings, chili or root beer all in one visit. The lemonade machines were off and looked like they'd been sitting there for days. The bathroom was filthy. Probably not coming back any time soon

We actually thought the place was closed since it was so empty. That should've been a sign. The girl at the counter was nice, but the wings were super bland, and the last one I had tasted awkward. The biggest knock was how out of stock and dirty the place was. The salt and pepper shakers, as well as the floors, were super sticky. The napkins, ketchup, and cutlery were all out.

I placed an order online in a parking area near the restaurant. Placing the order online was simple and easy. I went in to get my order and it was bagged, stapled and ready to go. I did have to ask for the drink cup with my order and I told the cashier it was a large drink and he responded we only have one size. I definitely paid for a large drink. Ok no big deal. I get to the car and decide to eat in the car. No napkins, no straw, no ketchup- all of which I added when I placed the order. Lastly, all of the food was cold which is odd since I placed the order outside the place and then went in to pick it up. I may be able to understand if the place was busy but it was literally a ghost town in there. Maybe it was an off day…

Note to the owner/manager:

I usually never write reviews…but this place was SO dirty, we couldn’t believe it…tables, napkin dispensers, tea dispensers, and ketchup dispensers, all caked with nasty gunk. Had to ask for ketchup since the dispenser was out, was brought a handful of ketchup packets with something that resembled honey coating the outside of all the packets, they were just stuck together in one giant blob. Floors were heavily coated with grease, food, and trash. Lemonade machine was off and half full of what looked like stagnant lemonade. Food was decent, but we almost left just because of the state of the location. This did not used to be like this. Please someone get this place under control. It is in far too nice a location, and prices are on the higher end for the inside to be so egregiously dirty and unkept.

This place was positively disgusting! Everything was sticky and gross, and the drink station… ?? i have no words. I have nothing positive to say about that place. I sure hope me and my family don’t get sick after eating there.. I went into the bathroom to wash my hands, and it was nasty. Grimy and gross, with trash and a bit of I don’t know what in the sink. The food was mediocre at best, and customer service was average. If a health inspector set foot in there, this establishment would be closed in a heartbeat. We will not be returning.

I’m going to keep it short and sweet because I don’t want to waste another minute talking about how gross this place is. I did not think you could mess up wings but here we are. The wings are nasty. Undercooked. Cold. Tasteless.The buffalo sauce was bland and I’m very glad I didn’t get a side because we just wasted 35 dollars buying wings and drinks.This was my first and last time eating here.

I wouldn't recommend to order take out the quality of food was horrible, we live approximately 5mins away and there is no reason the food should be cold in addition to this I'm most disappointed for the way the food was thrown together especially for the price. The burger was so sloppy you couldn't peel it out the paper due to the veggie juices and grease from the burger which left the bun to nothing. The Chilli cheese fries were a block of soggy fries buried under neath a blend taste of Chilli and wax feeling cheese. I had to literally cut a section on the ccfries to make an attempt to eat it. I would like to think if my family and I had of dined in the food would have tasted better. However we didn't dine in instead we ordered online for takeout, either way it was a horrible experience that I greatly regret my family and I don't eat out often and the one time we treat ourselves in months to do so on a recommendation from another restaurant employee I'm regretful and highly disappointed I spent my money here for what we got. I called to speak with the manager about this and was told the manager is on break.i called back and was able to speak with the manager, Jason who was so nonchalant and dry about the situation. I shared with him the disgust and regret I have for spending my hard earned money there with them and he went on to state how he is in no position to do anything and how the owner is on vacation and he don't know when he would return. I only wish I could get my money and time back from people who do not care about how one is affected by things like this. To some this may be petty but situations like this is why I do nor like to eat out. The one time you do you have to deal with people like Jason and disappointments from your food not being prepared properly and throughly cooked.

The location in Plano, Texas has been closed and the nearest one is almost 40 mi from where I live. The food was good at the location in Plano but I say close. I'm not been able to get to another location. You need to find the more locations in the area if you're going to continue to get any business here in Texas.

The cooks and the people taking our order were really nice , as soon as we came in we were greeted. the people working infront are full of energy and seem to care about the job unlike other places , the food was really good and was brought out on time im definitely bringing my family back.

I came in during what seemed to be after a rush and everything was still clean on top of that our food came out somewhat quick and was really good. although it’s quite a bit pricy I would recommend 10/10

This place is dirty! None of the tables were wiped down a lot of trash under the drink station. I asked for my bacon on the side, and they still put it on the burger. They probably forgot as they were just on their phone. I asked for the bacon on the side so I can give it to my wife since I do not eat pork. Bad service overpriced. I will not be back to this location. They need a true manager to get these people off their phone and to clean and do their job

Customer service was normal…. The burger was triple cooked. Dryest burnt burger I ever threw away after one bite. I literally almost choked. I should have known once I started looking around the place was filthy! I was afraid to use salt on the cold stale fries that also were thrown away, they were covered in black greasy finger prints ! My sisters burger was the same she threw hers away also. Need a new cook and manager. This was the second try. Never again

I've never been here and wont ever come back to this location again. The soda fountain was leaking and soda all over the floor, my grilled chicken sandwich was tough lettuce was old my table had no napkis it was filthy in that place. $18.00 mea wasl not worth it at all!! Sorry guys no mas.

The wings were awful!! Fries were cold but, they put the hot ones on top of the cold ones!!!
