First of all, I have to say the store makes really good drink, and this is undeniable. The baristas are all nice to customers. This garland location is also my favorite, too. However, it seems like they are likely to make this same mistake as they has been forget to add the brown sugar boba for my boba milk tea which is a topping default for milk tea (I know it's hard to tell from the picture). This is not the first time, and it happens only occasionally. I ordered it online today and asked for somebody else to pick it up, so that's why I tell them to fix it on the spot. I think the store should know and make an improvement in the future as I don't want to build a mentality to check for my drink every purchase.

I often drink boba here. But yesterday and today I bought boba here and after drinking it( Thai milk tea and crytal boba) my daughter and I had stomachache and diarrhea. I think the store should review the product before selling it.

I always order a hot dirty chai, but whenever I do, they tell me they don’t serve it hot. I’ve even shown them a picture of the drink they made for me before, so I’m confused. They keep saying it’s not available at their kiosk, but if that’s the case, why was it made for me in the past?” They should add hot chai in their kiosk to avoid confusion with the different barista!!!
