I like the fact they have keto baked recipes but I would love to know on a daily basis what they have before I go, like to "see" a set menu from week to week. The coffee I'm afraid is only subpar. Needs more kick!!

WOW! What a find! ? Excellent and FRIENDLY customer service (which I actually find harder and harder to find these days) DELICIOUS and actually GOOD FOR YOUR BODY yummy coffee drinks?! Tbh-almost scared me away from trying one, but I’m SO glad I did! Didn’t taste sugar free at all! I can’t wait to come back and try the pastries and other extras! Oh! And they don’t price gouge you like everywhere else. ? Definitely made regulars out of my family! We’ll be back! Thank you!

My 11 year old is a gluten free diabetic and this place is amazing! We got banana bread, sausage biscuits, cupcakes, and coffee. All so good! 10/10

WOW! What a gem! We live in Frisco, but we were in Garland helping friends move, when my eye caught the cuuuutest little coffee shop and I fell off the caravan to go try a cup! My kids and I stopped in and the owner was so sweet, kind and knowledgeable. Normally, coffee is a "bad" treat for me with all the sugar and crap I need to add to enjoy it. HOWEVER, this place is actually GOOD for you! To be honest, when she told me it's all packed with protein and sugar-free, I was like "nahhhh, this isn't for me." Lol I'm so glad I tried it anyways! My drink was SO DELICIOUS!!! I downed it in record time!! As for my kids, it's rare we ALL enjoy what we order when trying a new coffee spot! My verrrrry picky teenagers LOVED their drinks! Loved them! We will definitely make it a priority to visit here whenever we are in the area, and even come out of our way just to get a coffee because it's that good!!! Excellent service, delicious product and shockingly low prices!!! We paid less than $10 for THREE drinks! I'll never give Starbucks another penny ever again! Not as long as this place is open! THANK you!!!

The only bad reviews for this place are by intolerant leftists. The people are friendly, the coffee is solid. If you're not a close-minded, easily triggered person who hates America and projects your own intolerance unto others, then it's worth a visit.

Healthy has never tasted so good! They serve up some great coffee, specialty drinks, and tasty baked goods. Everything served is keto-friendly, sugar-free, gluten-free and immune system boosting. In the winter months my go-to drink is the wassail/cider and Abuelita & my favorite year round MRE (meal replacement) shake is the Peanut butter & Jelly but a plain cup coffee is just as good. Chasity, David,and their team are absolutely some of the sweetest people my husband & I have met l since our move to Garland years ago. They are veteran/military supporters (all drink’s named after firearms) and small business supporters & Chasity can also help you with health/fitness strategies & goals so definitely stop by and check them out!

I finally stopped in one day, and I fell in love instantly! The first drink I ordered was the Fudge pop 'MREs' ( meal replacement shakes ). I've now become quite the regular. The ladies are all very knowledgeable, kind and welcoming. This place has helped me in more than one way. I found a new little home! I love to order my drink, chat a bit with others and head out back to the cutest most relaxing set up to draw and enjoy my drink and food! keep up the delish dishes and drinks! ??

I got the same drink I got last time and the price was 6.75$ and today she said it’s 8.66! Woah that’s one heck of a price change for a small? And tried to play it off by saying you get points now.. so does that cover the 2.00$ extra for each purchase I think this place is asking to much for so little. And then I told her I’ll I had was 7$ on me and she snatched it from my hands and said “nexts time pay the rest” & didn’t even have a chance to make her “new” customer feel welcome or feel like I wanna come back! So dissatisfied.. and the drink was made totally wrong.
