Stopped by on Monday 230pm and ordered an Italian Sub large on White. I was very clear NO TOMATOES , xtra Onions, Balsamic Vinaigrette, xtra Italian seasoning and cut into 3rds. Then only thing they got right is it was cut in 3rds. I normally dont have to check my orders at FHS. Now I will have to put FHS into the group of McD and BK. Only In&Out and Chick-Fil-a are in the group of No Check.

Brooklyn made a club sub for me yesterday. It was my first time ever eating here. Absolutely delicious! I enjoyed every bite. I will be returning again!!

Tastes fine, I was a long time advocate of this being THE sandwich place to go. But not only did prices increase, there is noticeably less meat on the sandwich. After years of frequenting this restaurant (not just this location) I will never be returning. You do not do this to customers.

The food was good, but the checkout experience feels pressured. Between the tip prompt, the tip cup and the additional request for firefighter donations, it adds a layer of guilt or obligation that doesn’t belong in a simple no-table-service lunch place, and so just works to lower the overall experience.

Came here on a Dash and the cashier gave my order to another dasher....after i waited 10mins. This place is TRASH. Additionally, i was listening to cashier take order and the store was out of items lol.
