I recently visited Fito’s and was extremely disappointed with my experience. First off, the prices advertised were misleading; I ended up paying significantly more than what was listed. They added fries to my order without my consent, and when I pointed it out, they lied and claimed it was for inventory purposes. The customer service was atrocious; the staff was rude and unhelpful, making the entire visit unpleasant. To make matters worse, I witnessed employees handling food with their bare hands without washing them. This lack of hygiene is unacceptable. I won't be returning and cannot recommend Fito’s to anyone.

It is the second time we are going to eat, thinking that the tacoa will be fresh, just like when they open. The el pastor meat was all dry, the fajita had a strange flavor, and the lady who served us handed out the drinks stuck to her chest. WE PAY TOO MUCH for the food to be of poor quality, bye FITOS TACOS, I like Taqueria La Cotorra better

I went for the promotion, shrimp tacos ? and fish tacos ? and it turns out that this branch does not sell seafood tacos.
I went to Fito’s taqueria in Garland @ First St. I was very disappointed that they are misleading people with faux promotions, they advertise a promotion for Trompo/chicken tacos $1.50 each all day Monday-Thursday. I ordered 7 trompo tacos today and I was charged $2.30 each. That’s 80 cents more than I expected. The lady at the counter was nice but said that that promotion was not longer offered and didn’t do much to try to solve my request, as you can see in the picture they have a big sign in the front of the place with the $1.50 price. They also advertise this promo on their FB page so be aware that that’s just a hook to get you there. If you are in business you need to honor your promotions and not mislead people.

I was looking forward to this place but was quickly disappointed. I got a gringa the first time. The meat had no flavor and the gringa was small. The 2nd time I went a got tacos de trompo and the trompo burger. Again the taco meat had NO flavor. The burger I will say was very delicious. The salsa is good and spicy. Their horchata taste fake.
