I went to Fito’s taqueria in Garland @ First St. I was very disappointed that they are misleading people with faux promotions, they advertise a promotion for Trompo/chicken tacos $1.50 each all day Monday-Thursday. I ordered 7 trompo tacos today and I was charged $2.30 each. That’s 80 cents more than I expected. The lady at the counter was nice but said that that promotion was not longer offered and didn’t do much to try to solve my request, as you can see in the picture they have a big sign in the front of the place with the $1.50 price. They also advertise this promo on their FB page so be aware that that’s just a hook to get you there. If you are in business you need to honor your promotions and not mislead people.

I was looking forward to this place but was quickly disappointed. I got a gringa the first time. The meat had no flavor and the gringa was small. The 2nd time I went a got tacos de trompo and the trompo burger. Again the taco meat had NO flavor. The burger I will say was very delicious. The salsa is good and spicy. Their horchata taste fake.

They have the sign that the tacos are 1.50 and you charge 1.95 expensive and the meat is only painted, it has no flavor and only 3 pieces of lemon For 10 tacos I don't think it's enough For anyone I don't recommend this place nothing to do with carnitas parrot The bad thing is that it was sawed and there was nothing more than fitos but one thing is for sure and that is that I don't buy at fitos again
