The food is amazing but service is horrible… the girl just looks at you as if she doesn’t want to be there. No smile, and I even tried to say bye upon leaving and she just stared at me. Food is good but without the service it doesn’t amount to much. Also it was hot.

Slow service. 15min waiting for them to come take order. 30min waiting for food 😅 always busy wonder why they don’t hire more people. Terrible customer service, no smile, no checking in. About the food, nothing here is close to Hue cuisine. Bun bo Hue is okay. The atmosphere is excellent though. Very calm and clean. As a Hue person, this is disappointing.

I wish this place was closer to me so I could visit more often! They serve dishes that aren't found at most Vietnamese restaurants in DFW. We ordered bánh ướt thịt nướng, bánh khoái, bánh béo chén, and bánh nậm and everything was amazing. The tables were clean, service was quick and attentive, and the food is priced well. Fish sauce is the only dipping sauce needed imo.
