Bun bo, banh uot thit nuong, bank khoai (not banh xeo), banh nam are all traditional, down to the special sauces. However, some commented that the foods were a bit salty, which is indeed Hue's style, unlike Southern's sweeter style. The price is also reasonable, so I recommend it for those who like Hue's cuisine.

Few years when they open I try bun bo hue. Ok ok 1-10 I give 5. But this time I saw facebook Advertising So I go to get one more Try with my friend. This time food doesn’t taste that good both of us got diarrhea when we get home my friend only go eat boom go away somewhere else this time. I told him about it so we try he kinda disappointed, but stomach cannot handle too old taste food make us diarrhea so bad. I try to tell the cashier or owner but my friend tell me NO. No lie really taste bad. bad diarrhea all day.

I'm not familiar with Vietnamese food so I was hesitant to order from here. But I'm so glad I didn't let the unfamiliar dishes deter me. We ordered the bahn khaoi, baby clams plate, and fried rolls. Everything was so tasty and full of flavor! I really enjoyed the sauces on the side too.
