5 stars for being authentic Hue. If you like Hue's cuisine, you will not be disappointed. Bun bo, banh uot thit nuong, bank khoai (not banh xeo), banh nam are all traditional, down to the special sauces. However, some commented that the foods were a bit salty, which is indeed Hue's style, unlike Southern's sweeter style. The price is also reasonable, so I recommend it for those who like Hue's cuisine.
Presentation is good. But Bánh beo doesn't have pasted green beans. I love BB with green beans.
