Not even going to waste my time anymore... This location should close. No staff on weekens. Wrong orders. They gave my order to someone else, the people touched the food and they just handed to me after. Aren't they supposed to take it back? Waste of $17 bucks! Train your people!!! Do not come here. After we ordered we were told the wings were gonna take 10 minutes, we waited over 20 minutes to get our food and that’s because my husband went up there to see what was taking so long. He was told the hold up was his dinner roll which would take 45 minutes to make. An additional 45 minutes to the 20 we had already waited. The drinks were hot and there was no ice. There was no ice cream either, and when my son asked about it he was told they “didn’t know how to fix it”. Terrible service.

We went through the drive thru, we paid and we were told to park up front and they would bring our food. We ordered a 16 pc tenders meal with sides. There were no other customers in the restaurant nor drive thru. Fifteen minutes later, my son goes inside wondering what's going on. They forgot about our order. In less than two minutes they fixed our order, apologized for forgetting and compensated with a cold drink. Disappointing service.

My husband, daughter and I rarely eat out so we decided to eat here as I was really hungry for fried fish. My first disappointment was that we were charged 30 cents for a very small dipping sauce. Then 30 cents for a small plastic cup of water. We r seniors and money is tight. Then the food arrives. The fish I had longed for was so thin that I felt like I was eating fried skin. The Cole slaw was the worse I have ever had. Most dissappointing was there was no soft served ice cream which was offered to inside guest. The ladies were very sweet and we really appreciated the Christian music. We will not be eating here again.

Went on Nov 8 8:44 dining area closed and then went into the drive thru nobody would answer until I said hello. Lady in drive thru with an attitude mention they were out of several items and sounded annoyed. Worst golden chick !!! Had to make the drive to the one on Lavon for better service.

Thank you for the polite lady with burgundy hair at the drive through last night. My passenger gets a little drink in her and all of the sudden knows how to do everyone else's job! The lady was polite & accepted my friends babble with no issue. Most people would have told my friend to take a hike.

This restaurant is always closing early and getting orders wrong. Very annoying
The lady working the drive-thru was extremely rude. Mumbled her words and then raised her voice unnecessarily loud with an attitude when I didn’t understand what she was saying. I ended up driving off and not ordering here. As someone who has worked in the service industry for 10+ years that type of behavior is beyond inappropriate.

I ordered online for delivery. I couldn't order individual pieces of chickken, only a combo. I didn't get the drink with the combo. The individual sides were tiny and not worth 3.79. The containers were not even full. It was a complete rip off. Never again.
