The guy at the counter last time I went in was possibly the most efficient human I've ever seen in fast food service. They're always fast at this location, and orders are always correct. Only negative I've ever had is that the okra is extra oily sometimes.
I had ordered family mashed potatoes and sweet tea for work . My ice melted in my sweet tea and went to add ice at work and found roaches floating in my cup. I was so disgusted I threw everything away. I’m contacting the garland health dept . They obviously have a roach problem

VERY LAZY inattentive staff! I made an online order and it said it would take 20 min. I stood at the counter and sat down waiting all along the food was ready 15 min prior to the time listed on the email. No one asked if i needed help or was waiting. There is a shelf that is for online orders that is apparently not being utilized but still sitting there causing confusion and delays. The food was a waste of money. I honestly should have went with my first thought and went elsewhere. Why are you people serving dried out hard rolls. I rather u just say ur out then charge me for that bs. I ordered extra rolls and ALL went in the Trash 🗑️. I will NOT be returning.
