We love coming to this golden chick! The staff is always friendly and the food is always hot and fresh. There is a manager who is always here when we come and she does a great job managing the business and leading her team - you can tell she has been here a long time and is dedicated to the work she does! We never have a bad experience! I believe Golden Chick is rising the ranks of chicken chains!

I ordered chicken strips, they asked if I wanted spicy I said no. They gave me spicy and my mother could not eat them. Mine were under cooked and not crispy. Waste of money

I placed an order online for 9pc wicked wings combo with drink and coleslaw and a 3 pc golden tenders meal with mashed potatoes. This is what they gave me the 9pc wings No coleslaw drink NO straw NO spoons or forks NO napkins. My 3 pc meal tender came with mashed potatoes they gave me gravy instead NO mashed potatoes. I go inside to let them know that I didnt get my coleslaw, utensils, and napkins. The guy that gave me order acts bothered by the situation. I come back to my car and notice that he gave me gravy instead of the mashed potatoes. I go back inside to let them know that I didnt get my mashed potatoes again acts bothered by the situation that he caused no apologies nothing. I get home to eat my food and guess what noticed that they didn’t give me a straw by this time I am soo mad I call the place spoke to manager she said supposedly they are going to refund me my meal will see about that by the way she knew I was up there at least twice because of my order didn’t bother to come ask what was wrong I rarely call or review especially fast food because I understand they are under paid and a lot of stress but just the attitude the guy had rubbed me wrong way.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. Today I did order for the first time to deliver from this location and did get my order drenched due to the driver not communicating and incorrect location, but I ended up going up to the location and spoke with Joel that Help me as much as he could even if it was just giving me the drink she did not deliver 10 out of 10 service

The food is always delicious here and the employees are amazing and always courteous, I pulled up today and my order was being taken by an automated service AI chatbot that took away from my usual positive experience. I really hope they disable this and go back to having a real person , as someone who has consistently (to a fault) eaten at Golden chick for over 15 years I hope the business does not lose its charm and character to AI.
Again the employees are amazing , this is my favorite location in Richardson
