Placed my order and drove to the 1st window to pay. The person walked away from the drive up window and was on a cell phone call. He looked at me and continued his call. I looked at him, he looked at me and never took my card for payment. I drove off. The time was 6:10 and my order was 9 piece Wicked Wings, wings only. You gotta do better and check your people from time to time.

Waited 25 mins in the drive thru after I ordered which is way too long considering I only saw 2 cars in front of me. When they handed me the drink, it was spilling over the sides all the way to the bottom and got my hands and car sticky. Basic customer service would be to clean off of the cup before handing it over or just remake it but they didn't even bother. The food was good though (spicy tenders, fries, and Mac and cheese).

Absolutely the worst experience weâve had yet. They completely got our order wrong, and I guess we should have checked our order before we left, but a LOT of waiting cars behind us. So we couldnât. Weâll never eat here again. So disappointed. Takes forever! We thought about leaving several times. Took us almost 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru. What a waste of money and time.

The food was great. But I ordered my food (2 box meals) for pick up and I went to the store 10 minutes later through the drive-through and they told me to wait in the front because it was not done yet. I kid you not 20minutes passed and my food was still not done so I called them and they told me it was almost done so I waited some more after I got to the 40 minute mark I called again and they told me the food was ready and I told them they asked me to wait outside and they told me to come inside and get it even though they told me they would bring it to me and had me parked waiting. I donât even know when the food was ready. I had to call and ask because they told me to wait outside for it. very slow order here if youâre OK waiting almost an hour

Immediately upon walking inside I noticed how clean and tidy everything was, was instantly greeted, served with a fast pace, and my food was made perfectly. Kennedy and Jason took my order super well and efficiently!
