I came to this place for the breakfast buffet and was disappointed. Was told that the sausage patties where not on the breakfast buffet. Then staff became very rude. They wouldn't keep fresh product on the buffet. The one in balch springs is better.

The breakfast buffet was not ready when we ordered. They brought the food out a little but at a time. The fruit was ready but the hot foods were most Luke warm to semi cold. They offered no apology or refund. NEVER EAT THERE 2ND BAD EXPERIENCE

This store is in a not so great neighborhood. It is an older place. The food was good. The portions were good size. But most of all the people are friendly and helpful. Try this place. The food will bring you in but the people will keep you coming back!

I didn't enjoyed my breakfast. I had the all you can eat breakfast buffet. Most of the food was a bit cold instead of hot. I even asked for more hashbrowns but no one bother too bring any more out this was after I asked 2 times. This was around 8:15 a.m. on a Friday morning.

Grandy's use to be so good but something changed, they have no locations where I am from but I use to come to the place while in Dallas but the recipe either changed and tastes cheap or not sure but it's passable and affordable and the buffet is nicely spread. The crew makes the experience better.

The worst service I ever had.. No ice tea .. so I ask to make and he said it will take some time it take over 30 minutes so I finish my food and ask for a refund and got mad some how she said she will refund and I just check my bank account is she over charge 10.00 bucks

It compares to Luby's but with way fewer options. You can also compare it to Golden Corral, but on the latter you can eat all what you want, for the same price as in the former. If you like this type of cuisine, but are on a hurry or don't want to break your diet, then this might be the right place for you. When southern cuisine meets fast food.

Same old Grandys in Garland. They closed down once and reopened because the corporate office thought it was a very profitable location well the prices have gone up the food portions have gone down and looking at my food today they still didn't get it right you might as well just shut down for good.
I always have a good time coming here to eat breakfast with my husband ♡

I've been here numerous of times. But the last couple of times it hasn't been good. The breakfast buffet was not fresh. The bacon didn't looked to be cooked. Had to wait a long time for biscuits n other food. It wasn't busy only 3 peolpe on the lobby. Normally everything is fresh and full. Not the last 2 times. I won't be going back.

I came with my mother, they charged me an additional order. I was told to look and see if it comes back to my bank tomorrow and if it doesnt then to go back the next day to do the same thing.
