Do not speak to the manager that works during the day, she will yell at you and curse at you. I ordered 12 burgers and 12 fries 11:16 am. @ 11:37, I walked back to the front and asked if she knew how much longer the order was going to take cause I needed to get back to work. The manager wasn’t even the lady I was speaking with, she came yelling that these burgers are cooked to order. I said I understand that but I’m trying to find out how long. She wouldn’t even let me speak and just kept yelling like I did something to her. I literally asked a question no attitude or anything, please please pull your camera footage and look at how she is treating your paying customers. We order at least $100 every week and I can provide receipts for it, we haven’t experienced such. Horrible attitude before but now I will be taking our company business elsewhere that appreciates our business. Please pull that camera footage and look for yourself.

Was in the mood for a burger and shake today, my first time at this place, driv thru guy was not professional my cheese burger was disgusting the meat was not fresh and my burger was loaded with lettuce. I will never stop here again. Always check your food before leaving fast food places....

Came into Griffs yesterday morning, woman taking my order was absolutely nice and the manager in charge was yelling at the employees and you could tell it was making people uncomfortable, hamburgers are undercooked and fries as well place has went down hill over the past few months, it’s constantly dirty and has bugs everywhere. DO NOT RECOMMEND

The lady taking our orders seemed like she was having a bad day or something, mean demeanor annnnnd somehow messed up both my co workers orders, after she repeated them aloud.. after taking the order the 2nd time. Rest of staff seemed to be having fun. One gentleman in the kitchen area had a big ole smile and was moving all around. Defi try brightened the place up.
Food was awesome though, no denying that. I was actually the one who got their order correct. All in all, I'll definitly be going back!

It's greasy, it's good, it's fairly inexpensive. No online ordering of any kind, so you'll have to go through a drive thru or inside.
Their bathrooms used to be very nasty and stinky for many months..... untill I couldn't stand to go eat there. ?????? But they have greatly improved........ They should DEFINITELY BE MOPPING UP THE EATING AREAS & BATHROOMS EVERY NIGHT; ?? A PINE DISINFECTANT WOULD REALLY HELP THEM..... BUT THEY STILL HAVE ALOT OF STANDING WATER ALL OVER THE FLOORS IN THE COOKING AREA...... ???? I'm afraid that any SPLASHES OF FLOOR WATER MIGHT SPLASH UP TO MY FOOD OR THE WORK AREA. THIS IS NOT APPETIZING....?☹
