Good food, solid service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Griff’s delivered exactly what I came for a classic burger spot that still feels genuine.
I was recommended by a friend. The food is good if they get it correct. I ordered for my family to go. When I got home my order was not correct and my wife's food was wrong and my burger was missing all together. I wont be returning to griffs again. I lost probably 15 dollars in incorrect/missing food. It could be my fault for trusting them and not verifying though

If you've never been to Griff's or had a Griff's burger, you gotta go! Their burgers are a little pricey compared to other fast food spots, but they're SOOOO good and well worth the money! I just went to Griff's recently, and I was very happy to see that they now also serve Jr. Griff's Burgers! These are basically slightly smaller Griff's Burgers that are much more affordable. The only real downside to Griff's is that they don't have as many locations as similar fast restaurants.
It was my first time trying this fast burger chain, and it definitely did not disappoint. I had no clue it was here this whole time—and I’ve been living in Garland for 20 years. If you’re ever around the North Garland area on Jupiter, I highly recommend this spot.
I didn’t go inside this time, but I plan to in the future. My drive-through experience was smooth and easy: no long waits, straight to the point. The bag was simple and humble, and the burger wrapping had that old-school feel to it.
Hands down, this is now in my top five burger chains in Dallas.

23 minute wait from the time my ticket was printed to getting my 1 burger and steak fingers... Burger order was simple, mustard and BBQ no ketchup. But my burger had ketchup and no mustard or BBQ even though my ticket is correct my order is not. Kinda disappointed, honestly. This was a 1st time visit. Don't think we'll return.
