Honestly I don’t like leaving reviews like this but the service today was just horrible, they gave me the wrong order which is fine it happens so I took it back to have it remade and waited 15 mins and nothing went back to ask for the food and they forgot to remake it. At that point I just requested a refund. During the time of this you can see the kids in the back just grabbing the burgers with no gloves and opening them up to check them. There was 2 other customers that came back in the location with the wrong order themselves. The staff working were completely unwelcoming and rude. If you don’t want to work then find a different job.

I have been to this place in the last two weeks at least twice. Today was the worst horrible service I ever had. I went through the drive-through, was very specific with my order and the young people that they have working here are very unpleasant. I don’t know if it’s the parents or management but these kids need to do better. After explaining to them they still got my order wrong when I asked a question and let them know what they did wrong all the kid did was shake his head and wave the receipt in my face. I asked to speak to a manager She rectified the issue and then I told her that they need to train them how to speak with the customers. Once I got home all of my fries were greasy and thrown in the bag not even in the fry bag. The food was very disappointing on top of the bad service. When I called The manager supposedly hung up the phone by accident I called again it was off the hook she never help me about the fries that was very soggy. Horrible service will never go back.

I'm going to have to disagree on this one. When I say just another unseasoned sonic burger that's exactly what it is. Read the comments and wanted to try. First, my food wasn't fresh after an hour and a half or so of opening, so disappointing. Second, I ordered all burgers a certain way all with no onions but had pieces of onions on my burger like it's being rushed to be made. Not one but two times! The tator tots taste like it came out of old grease. After I brought it to their attention. This caucasian guy with violet colored short hair and african american girl with long faux locs were at the drive thru window. The guy act like he couldn't understand when I asked for fresh food and no onions to touch my burgers, so the girl told the people to hold on in her headset leaned down and ask me what was the problem as if she were intimidating someone with some sort of an attitude, after I already explained what was wrong. Anywho, the same guy from the window came out with my food and I noticed his shirt is filled with hair front and back and he choose to have an attitude giving me my food. I TRIED IT, DISAPPOINTED AND RESPECTFULLY WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

I didnt go inside, but griffs is pretty standard. Its a decent hamburger a little on the dry side, but their fries are the best. I would go here for fries over those other guys any day

For a fast food joint Griffs hamburgers does not disappoint, the burger was fresh as well as the fries the tea was amazing. Jacks new burger don't come close just saying. Service was quick and nice. The only bad thing I have to say about the place is that someone needs to stay washing the tables and keep the floor clean, I understand your busy and we know why but please keep you place clean, keep someone on it. 3.6 star rating due to me having to clean my table and the 3 others I seen that had to clean theirs as well. But good great. It could have been 4 stars for real but I couldn't put 3.6, it also could've been a possible 5 star review.

I have been coming to this restaurant often on since I was a kid. The quality of service today, though was terrible. They got my order wrong, which they corrected for the most part. After giving me my food I asked where my 44 ounce sprite with no ice wise, and was told I didn't order a drink. I asked for the receipt because I need it for accounting. This was purchased for my employees, was told that the receipt was in the bag. Received the wrong receipt in the bag. They gave me my drink which was almost completely ice with a splash of sprite in it. I'd like the store manager contact me if you want this negative review. Somebody needs to have a conversation with your employees.
