The level of service at Hooters has continued to drop over the years and this one is no exception. While the waitresses were nice, management was rude. It's sad when a chain starts to go in decline and no longer care about the overall customer experience. I have been a long time Hooters fan, even marrying my fav waitress, and unfortunately, this chain is barely worth visiting anymore.

Horrible experience...came to the Garland location hoping for a better service than to the ones I've had in the past at Mesquite. Almost a 10 minute wait just to get my order on drinks. Ordered an appetizer while we would wait on our food. Well we ended up paying just for drinks and left. Ridiculous wait time of 55 minutes just for 12 piece shrimp appetizer. The place was not that busy. Plus an appetizer shouldn't be almost of an hour wait!!

They never answer the phone. Told the third dasher to arrive to pick up the food that the food “isn’t going to be ready for a long long time” !!! They purposely not answering the phone nor making orders and they’re not busy smh!

I had a horrible experience at this restaurant. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful lady, which gave us hope for a pleasant visit. However, things quickly went downhill. We waited over 10 minutes before I had to get up and request someone to take our drink order. When Nicole finally came to assist, she seemed bothered. We ordered a couple of drinks, a kids’ meal, and an adult meal, but the service was disappointing. Nicole hardly checked on us and spent most of the time near the back wall, on her phone and eating.
Meanwhile, I noticed other tables that arrived after us were being served quickly and attended to by other staff members. Frustrated, I walked up to the back to ask Nicole to cancel my meal and bring my check so we could leave. She didn’t apologize or acknowledge my frustration at all. This was a very disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.

Great service , but bad food , used to be better .
Use to go pretty often but not anymore since they want to allow drunks to hangout outside their business. I had pulled up and one of the drunks came up to my car banging on my window and trying to open my door. Thankfully it was locked but if you go here just be aware of your surroundings especially if you are with your family like I was.

The food was good and reasonably priced, but our waitress was horrible. Forgot half our order (ordered two drinks and two entrées, nothing complicated). It took almost a half hour to bring us a beer... We never even got to get another because our waitress was too busy flirting with another table for probably an hour of the hour and a haof we were there. She overcharged us for multiple drinks even though we only got one, and she got my wing order wrong. It would've been perfectly fine if the service wasn't horrid... wish I could've remembered her name. Won't be back anytime soon

We visited in christmas evening, we waited over an hour for our food. Service was horrible and due to lack of servers. The food was decent our server was not good. And my credit card was charged a tip I absolutely DID NOT leave.
They were slow on my pick up order took me almost a hour to get my food and the greeter was just rude and she looked so annoyed that anyone was at the restaurant
Every time we come in they are low staff and no clean tables .

First and foremost the actual location is great, patio seating is really nice and plenty of TVs to watch the game. However the service was horrible. Our server acted as though she was overwhelmed however she was rarely seen on our side of the patio. I noticed a large party on the far end of the patio that was receiving drink refills consistently and her visits to that table were more frequent. I then realized that the bartender knew those people at that table as she was carrying an infant from that group of people and holding the baby behind the bar, while serving drinks. The bartender was also calling some of that party out by name. I called over a woman wearing a black jacket with a hooters logo so I assumed maybe she was a supervisor or manager. I told her some of our issues and she attempted to take our order. Even after that we still didn't not receive a part of our order, when we asked for simple items like a new roll of paper towels we never got them. And to top it all off we were charged for the items we never received. What's funny is the server who ignored us was now apologizing to us, guess when... when she brought us the check and it was time for a tip... safe to say we will not ever be visiting this location ever again.

I had never been to a Hooters before. They served food until 1 am on Friday night. Other restaurants in the area had the bars open but no food. Many tvs with all kinds of sports including horse races in Australia. It was the first night for our server and she did her best.
