Hteao in Garland is the best to go! They never fail me! For my tea cravings and down to getting me a nice big ole bag of ice, they are always great and on point! Definitely my to go too. The only thing I really wish is if they offered the sweet coconut in decaf. That would be amazing! Thanks guys! Yall rock!

Can I just say that this is the best hteao location this side of town?! I'm an hteao fan so I've visited several locations and this is the one I keep coming back to, even though it's a little out of my way. You can tell that they train their staff well- I've dealt with different folks here and each one of them is always attentive, nice and detail-oriented.
This location is never out of tea flavors or fruit, it's well-organized and overall clean, regardless of being so busy.
I love that they put the fruit requested inside the tea at the drive-thru and they aren't stingy with it.
It's hteao locations like this that will keep on bringing me back time and time again. Thank you for your awesome tea and great customer service!

Totally wish I'd had tried this place way sooner so I would've not wasted time or money on sub par drink places that are over hyped, out dated, and lacks the freshness in flavor that this place offers. I'll honestly be recommending to friends they should go check it out.
