I'm the person who carries a thermos cup around and you better believe it's ALWAYS full of HTeaO tea! I purchase tea here by the gallon consistently and tonight I stopped by to get my refill, of course, but also to purchase a couple of extra gallons to share with my family this Christmas holiday! They've never had HTeaO before, so they're in for a treat because yes it is THAT GOOD! Anyway, the reason I'm leaving a review for the first time is because I was helped by this super sweet employee, Allison who was so incredibly friendly and helpful! Thanks, Alison I come here all the time, and after meeting you I felt compelled to take a moment out of my already extremely exhausting holiday work week/ day just to commend and praise what great service I received tonight! Just have to say, as an Aussie transplant that’s just recently arrived here I wasn’t a fan of tea of any sort before. But now, I’m addicted. I generally go with a 50/50 of blueberry & raspberry. And the staff are always so polite, helpful and super friendly.

Im sure what was going on today. Most of the unswet teas had zero flavor it basically colred water.
