Horrible on top of horrible! My two slices of french toast was each cooked on one side only, I started cutting it and something just told me to flip it over and that's when I saw the raw egg wash on the bottom, we informed the server, she went told the Manager but she never came to the table they didn't even remove it from the ticket either! To top it off it was my birthday, but there was a small gesture from our server she brought over a piece of cake and had the other sing happy birthday to me which was very sweet! But it still did not make up for the horrible food!

Had brunch with my son here. Black lady was our server. She was so nice and very good at her responsibilities. The food is delicious! We both had omelets and waffles. I was so full I could only eat half of the waffle. There was very many servers ready to go to work and they get you in and out quickly. I didn't even have to clean my own table before sitting down. I do not recommend going to this IHOP on Centerville in the evening time as their staff and their management is doesn't care and their GM called and his sincere we didn't even his apology didn't even sound sincere

It's gonna be a never again for me. It's really interesting when a place isn't busy and the service is bad. I think this location is hanging on and really needs to be evaluated by a regional manager. The server was confused the entire time. We were his only table, so it really should have been a simple job. Some people work harder under pressure, so many he'll do better during a rush. I'll never know.

Second time in a few months that I've attempted to stop by and grab a bite to eat after work, second time I waited in the lobby (I was the only one waiting, both times) for an extended period of time and was never seated nor greeted.

We like this location as it is clean and the food is always good. On this night we did have to wait a while before someone came to the front to see us, and in fact the people that were there when we arrived decided to take theirs to go as they had been waiting a while as well. I was a bit surprised at this but once we seated and met our server everything was great.

I had really wanted to try the Tres Leche pancakes si I order the pancakes combo that should have come with 2 of the Tres Leche pancakes. What I received were 2 regular pancakes. So disappointed ?
