Ordered in person 16 bone in wings 1/2 habanero 1/2 bbq. Got home and the whole order was wrong. All bonless no habanero plain bonless and bbq. Will never order here again.

My goodness! All of the locations have horrible reviews! And I notice that with each horrible review, the business blames Doordash. Doordash didn't make the food, you did. Obviously the food sucks.

Our order got mixed up thru phone call but management quickly fix that once we arrived at the location. Shay was quick to bring that our order to us rite away thanks !! We’ll come back to this place they care about their customers!

Worst experience. I am a frequent customer. But this location is horrible. I ordered chips & salsa which I never received. The waiter took a very long time to come check on us to get us a refill. I ordered mashed potatoes which were extremely dark yellow & had a bad taste, the steak was not tender, was very tough & chewy. Had lots of nerve. Not good and it was over cooked. I told the waiter & he got the manager. The manager was rude and had an attitude. Started doing hand motions and saying " what do you want me to do " several times. I told him that the mashed potatoes were not good. And that this not my 1st time eating here and the mashed potatoes have never tasted like this. He said ok. & walked away. Never got an apology. Bad customer service, bad food. ?

You know you’re doing bad when you have to ad a sub name to your restaurant chain to try and gather new customers. Chili’s, do better.

May 6, 2022: Went to have a couple of drinks and a burger with my fiancee around 3pm at the bar area. It was not very busy. Wylie, a Caucasian female, was the bartender. She greeted us, and a male server took our drink order. She brought our drinks, and was supposed to return to take our food order. We observed as she went to two or three different tables to close out their tabs, then went to two other table to tend to customers who had arrived AFTER we did. We got the sense that she did not want to take our order, or intended to take her sweet time getting to us. We also got the sense that her actions were racially motivated, as I'm Hispanic, and my fiancee is African American. I was also wearing a Navy Retired ballcap. Nonetheless, we did not feel welcomed. The bartender eventually came to our table, and I asked to speak with the manager. I explained our concerns to him, explained that we would pay for my beer, that we didn't want the other drink, and that we just wanted to leave this establishment. The manager's reaction did not give me a great sense of confidence that our concerns would be addressed with his bartender. He only offered to take our food order. We weren't comfortable with that, and I find his feeble response lacking. I find it hard to believe that as restaurants are recovering from the decline in business due to COVID, and attempting to fill staffing shortages, that racial discrimination exist at this particular location. It was quite unsettling and disappointing. We took our business elsewhere. This was not a good look for Chili's.

Does not deserve 1 star. Nobody came out to ask about my order. I waited over 25 minutes before someone came to help & they went inside & pulled order off of a shelf. The order was cold. I received no apologies just excuses of being busy & short handed. I asked for refund & was told that they would have to go into their computer to do so. I will never order from this location again.

Worst wings I've ever had in my life! Omg ? I never knew they could be that bad! I don't know how they are still open? They all look burnt taste like rubber ... It's horrible I would never in my life order this but my husband forced me to try. And it was bad. Honestly I wish we could get our 50+ dollars back ... And door dash had nothing to do with how bad these wings were! They were bad all on their own! They were burnt so black and tasted like y'all made them yesterday. You couldn't pay me to ever try those wings ever again!

Have you ever had a meal so bad, that it caused you emotional damage? These chicken wings and fries did that, and more. Every time we took a bite from those wings you could hear the chickens screaming while they were sacrificed to Satan before they were cooked (or re-cooked) for us. The poor quality of the wings told us a story of chicken lives filled with horror, torture, and pain. The fries were so old, we thought they were made from the ashes of the last dying tree in an ancient forest, and they tasted like it, too. This was a surreal experience. We shall never order demon wings nor haunted fries from this place ever again. Good luck!

Couldn’t seat party of 12!!! No more than seating for four!! Shortage of cooks and wait staff!! Terrible! Don’t plan on ever returning

This is the 3rd time we have ordered take out and not been happy with what we ordered. To start with the chips are very over cooked, to the point of being burnt! This has also happened the 2 times we dined in. They are supposed to be yellow, not brown. The Cajun Chicken Pasta has no sauce, the pasta is very al dente and Where’s the chicken???? The blackberry tea was a little bitter. We had started going again after a long break, but don’t think I’ll be giving anymore chances. The previous time I was put on hold for 15 minutes while I was driving that direction. Ended up in the parking lot and still had not been answered. That time there was hardly any chicken in the quesadillas. One more thing if someone is ordering drinks to go, they should at least be in a large cup, as we are not getting refills.
