Unfortunately understaffed, but great service. People seem to come in there looking for an issue, because in the time I was there the three employees had to defuse two situations in less than 15 minutes. I had an issue with my order and after talking to the worker like a person they where easily able to fix the situation with no issue. Food is great as always. Love jack.

Order two medium combos and got charged for large on both but they gave us medium drinks at that. The lady at the drive thru didn't make no sense on explaining, dont come here, they dont even put your order on the screen so they can upcharge you. She didn't even want to give us our receipt as well. I love coming to jack but everytime I come to this location, im always getting charged for a large.

Drive through took forever. I got one burrito around 8am and was the only one in line. I asked to buy a large cup of ice and the woman at the window told me she could only give me a large ice if she charged me for the soda so 4 dollars for a cup of ice. I told her no thank you and she said yea thats what I thought and closed the window.

The manager in this location is so rude and arrogant. When you come in to pickup your order he will force you to confirm what you have not even if is the right order or not. If you insist to see the order he will course you out and tell you to leave. The manager on duty today 9/19/2025.

The windows and floor were filthy. The tables looked like they were wiped off using a greasy rag.
If I could give it less stars I would literally two seconds ago I ordered 8 tacos and got only 2 and I was not given a receipt. And last time I went my order was messed up and had to pay again and was not given my change. Their night crew is probably the worst I've ever seen and experienced. The day crew is always pretty spot on though.

I went this location for the 1st time. The workers here were really friendly. He ring up my order correctly and was very polite.
My order was out to me in about 3 to 5 minutes.
Gave me the sauces that I asked for.
The burger & fries were very delicious. I just didn’t care for the vanilla shake at all. I would return to this location again. Worker were very friendly over the one on Arapaho road.
