First moment you order in the drive-through, the cashier is very rude. He screams. What do you want? Hurry up in a very bad way, please fire him he does not give us hot sauce if you order tacos he actually charge extra i’ll be going to Centerville road better service ((owner must see))

Not only is the atmosphere tense and weird, but the bathrooms are apparently broken. It's against the law to not have bathrooms available to staff and in most cases is against the law to bar customers from having access to facilities in food establishments. The food was alright though.
Tonight I was served by a bald gentleman in the drive thru very rude, I was given a coke with no taste of coke basically just carbonated water I asked him nicely if I could get something instead he was annoyed and told us that he couldn’t switch it because we already drank out of it 🤦🏽♀️ so how am I supposed to know if its bad? Mind you he also gave me a hard time getting my order right. And his shirt was about button down 👎🏽0/10 do not recommend

My son ordered through the app and the delivery person said the food was delivered but it never was. We had to go to the restaurant and explain and still they did not want to give us the order because they said it was already picked up. Eventually after much insistence they obliged, however this should not have been the case. The text message we received about the order said to call if the food was not received. We called and the message was completely in Spanish which we could not entirely understand. Later, after visiting the restaurant, we called again, and magically, the number was disconnected. Beware ordering through jack in the box app and maybe even beware ordering through door dash, especially in Garland.

This place need new management and training on employee's the tacos were cold and evry time I buy something I have to ask for my receipt because they will charge you extra to pocket the money at no store should you ask for receipt they automatically should give you a receipt stay away from this location .

Sandra and rojas closed the shack down early i go around to the speak and waited and waited and waited so i drove up to the window and sandra just looked at me and then came over and asked if i had gone to the speaker i told her yes then she went and got mr. Lazy sleepyhead from the back (rojas) who came to the window and said i had to go to the speaker . Like i aint just wait 5 years at already then shut the window and put a ruler that was marked off at 2 inches for some reason to hold the window shut . Pay somebody else the $7.25 to put the fries in the bag that will actually do it and rojas can still see me putside since he wanna say disrespectful stuff behind the window
