I love jack but this place just makes me sick the guy in the afternoons is a jerk he has always been. Hes always presurring u at the drive thru with a WHAT ELSE. Im a general manager for fast food and i never talk to our customers that way. And if u just forget something and u want to add it at the window because u were pressured he denies the servise and says thats why i asked u WHAT ELSE!! I cant say i will never go back but all of the drive thru people are trash because they r probably trained by him.. i can keep going he has dropped my card and my drink at the window. This place needs new management and new people.

Saw an employee painting the ceiling over black spots with white paint today . 4.21.2025 during a lunch rush at 11:15. Food was not covered and the spot was over the fryers. I had to leave. They should do they deep cleaning at night with equipment covered.

Worst JITB anywhere they always mess up ur order , missing food, or they just give ur Mobil order to someone else....yes it all has happens to me and in order for things to change Mr Jack has to know.... Jack u my fave but....
