had ordered a mobile order through the DT and they forgot my fries. they usually never forget items so i went back and the manager (i suppose since he had a blue button up?) was quick to hear me & had my item ready ASAP! no long wait time, everything else in my order was fresh, im not sure how they do it but i will always recommend & come here! employees are all sweet and attentive in the DT!

Went and waited about 4 mins for anyone to talk in the speaker, Manager Juanita working 7/19 @ 11:45pm. I am not one to leave reviews she rushed my entire order, still did not have my order correct at window, continue fighting with me that I was wrong after she rushed my entire order, she did not try to resolve anything just kept going back and forth that I was incorrect. I really never leave negative reviews but she was really unprofessional

employees need micromanaging verry rude this eavning and didint even have order ready after giving me attitude so unfortunately i had better experience before and always recommended here but seems they cant grasp English well enough that there's frustration somewhere.

They lock the door before 10 pm
Over the years this location has gone down. The rudeness and unnecessary attitude is ridiculous. Food is cold half the time or missing. To say it's not my problem to a customer is unprofessional to the max and then to add you can take it up with corporate as if it's okay and normal of how they treat people. We're paying customers which should be treated better. It's very sad and frustrating.

For several times they haven't been nice or have good customer service they have terrible attitudes and there manager Jesus.P on 1001 Centerville rd Garland TX location was so rude he even told me that it's not his problem and to report him to corporate. This is why people want him and his crew gone and new environment where the customers are wanted not run them off. If anyone has a lawyer for this type of things let me know because I'm wanting to sue Jack in the Box and especially sue the manager due to his lack of customer service and my wife's complete order that she never gotten to eat let alone my wife is pregnant 7 months about to be 8 months in and this is how we are treated I wouldn't want anyone to go through this at all please share this response and feel free to let me know how I can resolve this Thank y'all.

Why this the only Jack in the Box that does not honor the deals that every other jack in DFW does. I have asked other JIB why this one is special, they said they are not. Just lazy.
Order was missing items, upon telling two employees at the drive thru about the missing item 7 times, they finally come back to the window and just say “no” as in no they’re not going to make the missing item. This was around 11pm and it seems like it’s a frequent issue with these two employees
Edit: Trust me, I already responded on the website, you never replied, hence why this review is staying up to warn others that this restaurant will frequently get your order wrong and refuse to make it right, whether you inform them in the drive thru or online

I was the only one in line and the guy at the window was not friendly and the tiny tacos tasted old and not hot and fresh. Disappointed!! The tacos are stale!
