My drive thru experience was trash. I had ordered 20 tacos I get to the window and they give me a spicy sandwich. Tasha was not taking the job seriously after my food fell to the floor she picked it up and put it back in the bad and yet still screaming to her co-worker b**** and the manager laughed after I asked for the refund. Just the night crew wasn’t doing the job right.

Just awful. Although the place was empty, every table was dirty. We had to choose the least dirty table to sit and eat. When we got our order, we saw the cashier had rung up the wrong order. And the freestyle machine was out of ice, as well as about two-thirds of the drink selections. This was out first and last time to a Jack in the Box.

The girl with grown lady with red hair is very childish refuses to speak her first language doesn’t understand a word in English takes the order wrong and blames customer. Second time this happens. Asked for a refund and she starts giving and attitude. Very rude will not be coming back because they even refused to give me a manager name . Mind you this only happens at night . Whole time they’re on FaceTime on the phone .

It has been years since I visit Jack. Long time but memories stay, esp positive ones. I don't want bad experience to linger.This place I went, tho it took me longer to find it, is worth my going. Service lady is very nice, food exceptionally good (my wife that double chicken is good & curly fries are the best among different places) commented & surrounding is busy.With a nice resto & good food, the place is empty. Guys, give it a try & judge it.Parking: Might need a road planner to explore parking availability. Make visit much pleasant rather than get exhausted just to look for space to park.
