Add the bacon ultimate cheeseburger, I used to eat it a lot back in the day. But it tastes different now. It's not as enjoyable maybe because my taste buds tends to want to eat things that I bake at home or make it home. This was definitely a treat cuz I definitely never go out to eat like this.

Unprofessional and Rude Service

I’ve come to this Jack in the Box location many times and never had a problem — until now.

I ordered 3 egg rolls and 2 iced coffees. They gave me 2 sweet and sour sauces. I politely asked for 1 more, and the staff refused. When I asked for a refund, the employee gave it to me — but then told me, “If you don’t like it, don’t come back.”

I was shocked. I wasn’t being rude or difficult — I just wanted a fair amount of sauce for my order. I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate because this kind of treatment is unacceptable.

Really disappointing experience at a location I used to like.

Won’t be returning to this location.

This Jack in the Box hard a real horrible smell in it. Smell like their sewer line was backed up. Not a good look.

It was terrible management has no idea what they’re doing that please please to be wiped out and redone. Do not recommend it to anybody. I tried to take out and drive-through and they failed on both parts.
