Amazing customer service experience. I ordered online and within a minute, I got a call from them informing me they were a little backed up/short staffed today so my food would take about 30 minutes. I loved that they set me up for realistic expectations instead of just having me waiting without me knowing why. Even when the delivery driver came, she also apologized for the wait, my sandwich and drink were still all fresh
