I had the worst experience. I have only been to Jimmy Johns one other time. The customer service was terrible. She was rude. That was the worst sandwich i have ever had. I asked if it could possibly be fixed. The woman was rude. Denied me the opportunity to fix the problem. I work in the food industry so I was calm and nice about it and it got me no where. I will never go back there no matter how hungry I am. I've never encountered such terrible customer service. Management needs to look into this store. The employees need hospitable training. What appropriate and what's not. How to handle issues that may arise. Common curtisey goes along way. Throwing someone a cold poorly made sandwich is what a child would do.
