I hate posting this. But KFC is not what it used to be. The 11 herbs and spices hardly even seem present in the original recipe. It’s greasy and just not good. Even the sodas are not great.

I bought a three-piece two side chicken meal with a drink for my husband. I live five minutes from KFC my husband received the food and all of the meat was dried out. That’s terrible when I just paid $15 for that meal.

I never had a bad experience till now. I told this KFC woman my order, which it was a 12pc with 3 sides and biscuits. 2 of the sides I ordered some fries , and then she got confused with Mash Potato! How do you confused that!? I told the cashier that the chicken was already cold from waiting for the fries and if I could get warm chicken due to their mistake. They just stared at me as if they didn't care for their customer satisfaction. In the end, I got my warm fries, but at what cost? My chicken was already cold by then , and I had to microwave it.

Order is wrong, no people, no experience. Talking instead of making one's food. Horrible KFC to order if one is in a hurry or wants to enjoy a good meal. Employees didn't want to redo our order even though it is a policy to have it made if there's any mistakes. I deeply recommended any restaurant that is not this one. My food is cold and my money was thrown out. The whole restaurant should go out and be completely destroyed. Never coming back.
Always check your order. And make sure they give you a recipt. Forgot to give me gravy. And gave me a 8pc. I order a 12pc. Went back. And since I didn't have my repcit that they never gave. They where just being rude. Worst kfc ever.

Terrible service. Very nasty attitude from who i assumed was a manager. Food is nasty. They park you and don’t even tell you why. Just pitiful that we pay for expensive but nasty food and ungrateful employees.

Went through the drive thru and the woman working the window is so kind. Service was amazing from friendliness to speed. This is the first time I've gotten tea at a fastfood place and it tasted so fresh midday! A lot of places normally let their tea sit especially the unsweet tea, but it tasted so fresh! As silly as it sounds it made my day having great food and great service. Thank you!

Love their chicken tenders. We got their tender chicken meal deal for 30.00. It was delicious & we had a few chicken pieces left over for later in the week. The Chocolate Chip cake is very good as a dessert.Service was okay had ordered ahead, but still had to wait for all items to be completed & we arrived later than out pickup time by 5 minutes.Parking: Usually not many spots taken.
Every meals should come standard with AED machine. Jesus Christ on the motor bike, my chicken got more oil than the Middle East. I was lucky to eat my meal there. If not, my house would be invade by the U.S Army.
If you close your store early, update the hours. They close at 9:30 or something even though their hours shows 10:30. Don’t order from here.
