I placed order online, went to pick it up, the lady said all they had was wings, wanted to make sure I still wanted the order. Told her, I was okay with wings, then she said it would be 8 minutes for the hot wings to pull forward. 14 minutes went by I received my order, the nice lady apologized for the wait. Made it home, the fries and ranch was missing from the order, it's 10:21 pm I had just gotten off work, was not about to go back for a small fry. This make twice they've left something out my order. Make sure to check your order before you leave the restaurant

Soggy old chicken. Online menu is different from store menu. Service was good and biscuits were fresh but the chicken was bad. The grocery store has better fried chicken :/

The service we received was awful. Starting with the person who take our order she was so rude. Also once we pulled up to the window the lady couldn't make eye contact she was looking careless and slap the window as soon as she gave us the bag. We just wanted to get some sauces but everybody there were just not paying attention untill we knock the window.
They keep the napkins behind the counter and gave me lip and called me rude when I asked the cashier for some. Was an unreal experience.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I was there this morning with my friend. We are both senior citizens My friend walks with a walker so I left her close to door while I parked car. When I got inside Fernando had gotten her seated, took.her order so she wouldn't have to stand at counter. He took my order too. Food was fresh large pieces and so juicy. Cashier was delightful and cook personally came out to explain they were out of drumsticks and what my substitution options were. The whole staff was outstanding and the food was some of best KFC chicken I've ever had in my 82 years. They deserve a raise and an award for out service and food.
