King's Crab Shack

So I’m very disappointed & humiliated by the way we were treated I took my daughter for dinner for graduation the service was horrible we will never go back again, there were 8 of us, the coke was fizzed out, the tea tasted like dirt, it took two hours to be served, my son ordered a poor boy and was served last, never came to offer if we wanted more drinks or if wanted anything while we waited, my sons girlfriend ordered wings the wings had no flavor my daughter got food poisoning and we heard a dog barking from the kitchen area towards the end of dinner. We would not recommend this place.

We went in for lunch and there was only a bartender. He never greeted us or offered us a menu. Never even asked if we wanted to order. He just stared at us and never said a word. Very rude. They must not want the business.

The food was not fresh I ordered A LB of Snow Crab Legs and 1/2 pound of shrimp and two boiled eggs and a mixed drink . The boiled eggs were old and the crab legs weren’t fresh or seasoned correctly it’s like they just slapped it all together. The drink was good only reason they got two stars. I would’ve gave a one star if the drink wasn’t good. This was my second time coming and it may be my last.

Service was very bad, I guess we can start there. I ordered a Long Island,and it has enough liquor to kill a bull!! . The guy was the only one there ... He was the chef, bartender, and server.. I ordered crawfish and that was surprisingly good to me .. Will I go back? NOT IN A MILLION...

OMG! The crawfish were horrible. I got 2lbs less than ten minutes ago. I definitely waisted my money over cooked and not seasoned at all. HORRIBLE. If I could rate a 0 I would.

They only need someone that knows how to season more better.i got crab sausage shrimp boil.spicy /medium no season at all tasted.like it's boiled then seasoned.the sausage was the same.like it's precooked and seasoned after u order.the sausage definitely been sitting in water in the back cooked.sausage taste like a Weiner so it's sitting cooked in water somewhere.crab was good potato was good corn regular taste not cooked in seasoning for sure.Its close to my house so I tried it.Lost a customer.

I stumbled up on this place yesterday after shopping. They are amazing!!! Everything was so good I went back the following day and had friends join us. Will definitely be going back weekly!! Customer service is awesome! If you like sea food you must check them out!!

Great Atmosphere Cheap drinks good food

Ya need to try this place out..I already went 3 times and will be going back..the food is delicious, drinks are on point..And best of all great customer service..Love it and highly recommend to my friends and family!?
