Terrible customer service we will never go back. We sat down and waited 10 minutes before being acknowledged by our waitress.. no biggie let it slide. We order our food and ordered chips and salsa while we waited for our food. 30 minutes goes by and no chips/salsa or drinks. I flag down our waitress and ask her for them and instead of acknowledging how long we’ve waited she put her hand up and said “por favor deme un ratito”. What?? Chips and salsa are already made you put them in a basket or bowl and serve them. The point was for us to eat that while we waited for our food and let’s not forget we are paying for the chips and salsa. Another 15 minutes go by so we got up and left and the waitress was still “busy” reading tickets at the kitchen window. It’s unfortunate because we were excited to have a new go to spot near us.
