If I could give no stars I would. I ordered online and waited the time to go pick it up. The box is broken, so I had to stand in line to get someone to get it or for me. I gave him my code, he asked my name and handed my two boxes. Got home is not what I ordered, take it back up there and they tell me they have my food to someone else. What makes it so bad is this isn't the first time it happened. After waiting I finally got my food. AND ITS COLD!

i wish i could do 0stars. i honestly don’t know how this store is still open. everytime i come - and yes i still go because it’s the closest to home and sometimes it’s not THAT BAD - i wait 20minutes in line to order, and another 30-45 (even tho they say 10-15) for my order to be given to me. there’s NEVER anyone at the register. and there’s a bell on the door so they all KNOW when someone comes in. apparently everyone works in the back or something because no one ever wants to be at the front to take orders as cashier or they just don’t have one???? who knows. on top of waiting so long for your order to be ready, it comes wrong. today 2/7/25 i ordered a pepperoni pizza and restock combo with the sauce. got my pizza. got breadsticks no sauce. and i paid for the combo which is supposed to come with the damn sauce. lmfao??? on top of that i told them my name was valarie, my order was under DARLE??? like are yall slow? everyone here seems like they HATE their damn job, can yall hire people that want to work? or people with common customer service skills??? jesus christ.

December 22, I walked into LC at 7:10pm. I'm am the second in line and other customers walking in.
I ordered the regular $7 pepperoni to go. There was none available, and J. Uriel told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I can understand that. I tried to pay with a $50 dollar bill, and he said he couldn't break it.
I said, "Go ahead and make my pizza, and I'll go next door to the gas station and get change." I did, and when I returned, there were 11 people there, so I sat down. After 30 minutes, I walked to the counter and he asked if he could help me.
I said "yea I tried to pay you with a $50 earlier, and you said to make change."
He said he forgot to put my order in.
What should have happened was that he would give me the next available pizza.
Ĥe served all 15 people before me, and at 8:10, he finally gave me my pizza.
One hour for a cold ass pizza ɓy the time I got home. I will never do business at this place again. I had rather driven to the next city than be treated like that again. Not even an apology. Do yourself a huge favor. Get your pizza elsewhere. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could I’d give no stars, first always long wait and when you enter you see employees sitting on pizza boxes drinking water resting, also I don’t know what the deal with young short Hispanic always in the front counter with a black hat, he always very rude, take any customer even tho there’s a line and when you use ask for something always has to hand it very rudely I get it your busy but if you don’t like your job, please look for another one, we all just hungry and trying to feed are family and have no done nothing to offend you sir …
Pizza here was horrible and was stuck on the pizza box it felt like the pizza was entirely rushed and the workers are always so carelees and not responsible
