2-09-24 @ 5:12 PM Ordered two "Hot & Ready" pizzas. Was told they didn't have any ready due to a big order. Was told by the cashier that it would be 10-15 minutes. Approx 20 min later I went in and pizzas not ready. Was told 6 more minutes. By 5:55 the store front was full of frustrated people asking for their orders. The final straw was a guy who came back in with TWO pizzas and said they gave him the wrong pizzas. WHY WHY WHY would you take orders and tell folks it will be 10-15 minutes when it is going to take at least ONE HOUR to make their order? VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. Will not be back!

Just come in- put the code to the machine pick up my orders then leave. People is waiting at the counter. Price is affordable. Not expecting much from a franchise corporate ? pizza company. People nowadays have little patience and grumpy if there is a long wait time rude employees or pizza throws at the ?

I had to ask after 30 minutes if my order was ready I kept being told it will be 10 minutes twice, and when I said does it take over 40 minutes just for one classic pizza the kid got smart with me and said it has only been 30 min not 40. I asked for a refund. The kids all they were doing was playing on their phones and goofing off, other customers were complaining it had been over an hour for them. The service is terrible!

I came in & ordered a fresh large pepperoni pizza, waited a short 5 minutes & got a great pepperoni pizza! Lots of cheese, baked perfectly & delicious? for $7.99 was really a good pizza!

I usually always come to this location, it’s a 50/50. Not worth it at this point. And the pizza is not done how you want it done. Never well done, usually regular or even raw.Management needs to do better. Hire more people. Something is clearly wrong here, I understand it’s busy and which is why you guys need to do better.

Placed an order online with a pickup time. Got to the restaurant five minutes after my estimated time from the email and my pizza was not ready. I understand places are short but man why can't places communicate with their consumer and inform them the pizza is running late?

This store is always understaffed. Had to wait 25 minutes for a hot and ready pizza.They have one person running the register and making pizzas. Luis Rameriz the store manager is never available do better by your employees and hire more people to help.

I usually have had good experiences. Tonight I had an online order and arrived 5 min early. I was told it was in oven. 15 min later, I asked again about my pizza. It was cold. Also workers were making pizza without gloves. (????)
