I called in and ordered 4 pizzas. I was told it would be 20 minutes. But I when I showed up 40 minutes later they said they had no proof of my order and didn't bother giving me any kind of discount or anything because it was their screwup.

I didn't realize the time and got here at 8:57pm luckily they were still open. Other places close before closing time Abby was really nice and helped me out, she has great customer service.

This store does NOT know how to make a pizza !! Way too much crust, ordered extra cheese, more sauce than cheese! Can’t cut even portions smh. They need to go to pizza school to make a decent pizza! The worst place to order Caesars from! Waste of money.

Very bad service from the cashier. I only asked her to cook the crazy combos a little more in a good way... explaining to her that they came out not very cooked before... and she reluctantly replied that they cook them all the same. And reluctantly she helped me and gave me a pizza the way she wanted and not the one I had ordered. It's not always the same employees, it's obvious that sometimes they can come out raw, I just asked her to check that on my delivery and maybe she was upset, one doesn't have It's their fault if they're upset.

Make sure that if Yiselle M takes your order that you triple check. I came in and ordered a large thin crust pizza and she messed my order up and gave me a pepperoni now I probably should have verified before I left but because I was on lunch I needed to get back to work on time when I realized it was the incorrect Pizza I went back into the store and kindly informed them that they had my order wrong she then told me that I didn't specify what pizza I wanted but being as though I haven't eaten meat in 9 years I'm sure I wouldn't have ordered a pizza with meat on it no accountability whatsoever I most definitely won't be going back here again so make sure that you check your pizza because if not you will end up with the wrong order and they they will blame it on you
