Tonight I witnessed the manager call a customer a N word. All he wanted was his money back for a pizza, don't think it should have escalated that far. Probably won't want to come back here.

Lack of hygiene!!! I found a white hair on the pizza among the cooked cheese!! It is suggested that workers wear hair protectors!!

The pizza is good and simple to order. They rarely answer their phone so ordering ahead just doesn't happen. The staff isn't very friendly and they all seem to hate their jobs. I only dealt with it about 15 minutes so I guess it's tolerable. It just kind of brought me down.

Price for Slices N Stix at this location is $8.99 plus tax compare to locations in Rowlett and Rockwall for $6.99 plus tax? That’s $2 extra! ?.. definitely not coming back at this franchise.

Someone high jacked my order and the manager/owner REFUSED to reimburse me or replace the pizzas. I’m on disability and $15 is a lot for me. This is not good business practice and I feel sorry for anyone who goes to this location. The manager is extremely rude, and is all about money, even when THEY make a mistake. I’m beyond angry

Don’t even bother to call because no matter what day it is or what time it is they will never answer the phone. Owner does not care and has bad customer service we should get together and boycott this location he thinks he can treat customers the way he wants and we are the ones giving him our money. If this place had another record manager, it would be something else because that magge is a tyrant, she's no good at giving orders. I've heard how badly she treats the kids. Even in the lobby you can hear her yelling at them in Spanish. It's bad. They would think of changing her. She's a stpda. that old lady
