If this place had another record manager, it would be something else because that magge is a tyrant, she's no good at giving orders. I've heard how badly she treats the kids. Even in the lobby you can hear her yelling at them in Spanish. It's bad. They would think of changing her. She's a stpda. that old lady

The assistant manager MAGDALENA who stated that her name was “Maria”. Very unprofessional. Rude. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Very argumentative over orders that were paid for but yet somehow they're incorrectly made after being specific with the order instructions. Shouldn't be in management position whenever she doesn't know how to do her job (ie making pizzas or process refunds). She yells and is condescending to her employees and paying customers. I've been to the store a total of three times because my son lives in this area. Each and every time that I have come here the management service has been rude and disrespectful.The employees however have been decent. The male manager has attitude and a very smart mouth.Once I asked him how much longer for our pizza he was very argumentative, second time we lost a pair of airpods here, the store was incredibly crowded, and we were not able to see them when they fell. Several hours later when we realized it we checked our Apple location they came back to the store.When coming to speak with management to see if someone had turned them in his response was do you think I would take your airpods? What do I want with some air pods? When I told him he was being rude and he should be more empathetic, then he tried to apologize yet reiterated with another rude response!I know this review will not change anything for anyone when someone wants Pizza they're going to come get it but me personally I will never come back to This Little Caesars I will go across town to get the pizza that I need instead of coming here!

I love this pizza, really good taste, but the only bad thing of this location, is the persons who takes your order kinda rude person when ask them a questions they answer you very rude. Specially if there skinny girl a Mexican American girl, she is really rude

Went in to place a big order for a school. I had been calling for a week straight at different times of day. They won’t answer. I finally came in, in person, and spoke to the owner. Before someone got to me, I called while in the store and they completely ignored the phone. Owner did not care and told me he didn’t have time to pick up phone. That I should order online, but I can’t because I need to use the tax exempt form. He also has the store number plastered by the cash register. For what though?! Not only did I come in because they won’t answer, but he wanted me to come in the day before to place the order and pay, and then again the day of to pick up pizzas. Anyways, I think he has enough business to where he doesn’t care if it’s one less. $200 orders don’t seem to phase him. If you’re placing a big order or for a school, avoid this place. Not everyone does online orders either. It’s not right to purposely not answer the phone. Ordering from somewhere else for sure.

I had been trying to call this location all last week at different times of day to place a big order for a school and get details of pricing. Thinking I had the wrong number, I went in, in person. Once inside, I see the number I had been trying to call for a week straight, plastered by the cash register in big ole font. While in line, I called the number again and the phone started ringing. It was completely ignored. I called 6 times in a row right before I headed there too. Once the owner got to me in the line, I told him that I had been trying to call for a week straight and that I also called while in the store and they NEVER answered the phone. He told me they were too busy to answer. Never apologized. He didn't care to hear that it wasn't a one time thing, rolled his eyes, and kind of waved me off like he was over hearing me. He told me to order online. I told him I had a tax exempt form and asked him if I could order with it online. He said no. Exactly! That's why they need to answer. Then he told me to come in the day before I needed the pizza to order and pay and the day of to pick up the pizzas. Ridiculous! He told me I needed to pay him first. Yeah, well no. Taking our business elsewhere. A $200 order doesn't seem to phase him or make him care enough to answer the phone. Bad service for sure!!

Got here 15 minutes before they closed and they had already turned the open sign off. The person that came to open the door which I could only assume was a manager told me they close 20 to 30 minutes beforehand and that that was their standard procedure. I can understand people wanting to get out and go home as I work in the service industry myself, but if you're going to post that you are open until a certain time that is when you need to stay open until. Little Caesars will not receive any more of my business.

The man in charge gives very bad service. I bought a piece with cheese on the shore and charged but he didn't put the cheese in it. He returned it and he didn't want to return the difference. He has very bad service.

I just picked up our order we requested no onion my wife told the guy on the phone 3 times. When we got home onions all over it. Called back the woman I spoke with said nothing they could do about it. We'll just go to another location.

Excellent service, clean establishment, but I spent 100.00 on 9 pizzas, and none of them had sauce. Nothing but, crust, cheese, and toppings.

We had a few kids over and decided to go grab a pizza for them and went and ordered a 3 meat pizza thin crust and generally you go close to closing nothing is right but this pizza was everything made to perfection...my husband doesn't like thin crust but he loved it so much went and ordered a nother one and it was perfect as well the crust was perfect and the entire pizza was so good they ate both pizzas so fast
