I won’t be coming back here again. The website doesn’t notify you when your order is ready, which is already frustrating. When I arrived, an employee was sitting on the floor and appeared to have just returned from a smoke break, handling food without washing her hands. To make things worse, when I got home the pizza was barely warm, and the crust was completely burned. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Please read my full review. 😆 I want to say thank you Domino's pizza. No, I am not confused. 😆 My family tried to order from Domino's on line, but we were having problems ordering our pizza. I called the store and TRIED to ask for help, but I guess I was not ordering quick enough, and I was told by the assistant manager to either order my pizza or go somewhere else. So that's exactly what we did. We ordered from Marco's Pizza in Garland, Texas for the first time. And man were we glad we did! The pizza was great!! So was the customer service we received by the manager, Ashley. So thank you again Domino's, our family found a MUCH better pizza place! If good customer service and wonderful pizza matters to you, I highly recommend Marco pizza. Kelly from Richardson, Tx.

They always do this on door dash orders. They need to be careful somebody might have nothing to lose one day. Luckily credit cards will always have a charge back option

I really hate to do this..... worst pizza we've ever had. It was a dry, over cooked, stale tasting pizza. I've had 3-day old pizza that tasted better than this. We eat here weekly but that is about to change. Where is the quality control? Are you trying to drive away your customers? Then good job doing that. (I called, talked to the manager. I did not give my personal info because I didn't want anything..... just to assert my dissatisfaction.)

1st time for Marco's pizza. I heard they had a buy one, get one free on Tuesday, so I thought this would be a good time to try it. I called ahead to see how to get the BOGO when ordering online. The employee said it would automatically adjust - but it doesn't. I googled for a promo code and came up with MBOGO, which worked. Pizza ordered. Arrived at their parking lot within 15 minutes. Let them know I was there on the app, and 5 minutes later my pizza was brought out to my car. I ordered XL specialty pizza and a XL cheese pizza. Together with the BOGO came out to $27.00 including tax and a 10% tip. The pizza looked great, smelled great, and tasted very good. They make their own dough and sauce there. The largest pizzas can feed an army. I'll be back.
